If karaoke is your thing and you like pizza and good mixed drinks you have to try this place! We had a blast and the evening didn't break the bank. Never hurts when the bartenders are on it. These ones are hand mixing magicians! A+++

Are used to come here for karaoke a couple years back. When my KJ switched to a different establishment, I went there instead. Today I came to play in their free poker league, and have some lunch. My bill came to $28 and I left a 22% cash tip for the server.Later that day, I am checking my credit card receipts and there is a $30 pre-authorization on my card I went back to the bar to inquire about it, and the owner tells me they have to do that because some people don’t pay their tabs. As I explained, that is not my issue as a paying customer and you don’t have the right to pre-authorize my card for any amount of money, except for what I ordered and a tip if I choose to leave one on the credit card. In 40 years of eating in bars and restaurants, not once has somebody pre-authorize an amount on my card for more than what it should have been. The owner kept telling me they have to do it because of the people that walk out on their tabs. There are many solutions to that other than having peoples cards pre-authorized without their permission. Number one don’t run tabs, if someone hand you a card that is declined and will not pay the amount keep the card until they pay their tab. Or, tell the customer ahead of time that you were going to pre-authorize an amount on their card. Then if the customer is OK with it, there is no problem. This is especially a problem in this day and age when you see the posts of fast food, restaurants adding extra things to your order and people in the bar business changing the amount of your tip. It is sad it is come to this day when you have to take a photo of every receipt to protect yourself. The poker group was run very professionally, and it was a good group of people. The biggest problem was the restrooms have had issues for a few weeks now. Every time someone opened the men’s restroom the sewer smell wafted out into the bar area.In closing, it would have been nice if even the server or the owner would have said that they were sorry that I did not know about the charge being extra on my card until it actually processes but instead, it’s excuse on why they carry out a bad business practice because of them, allowing people to not pay their tabs.

I started coming to pyz with my roommates and I don't drink but I absolutely love coming here to listen to people sing and have great conversations with staff and patrons alike..The vibe picks up later when karaoke starts but doesn't end until everyone goes home..The food is always good and from what I've heard the drinks are great too..

The pizza was good, but not awesome. It's definitely an option when you really want a late night pizza, but not top rated, in my opinion.

First experience: getting shoved by some overserved crazy lady while standing outside. My wife had to step in and she called my wife racial slurs. My wife defends us, herself (and some for the racial slurs of course). My wife has to now go to court. Never had an experience like that in the 20 states we've attended bars in.Second experience: we bring a bunch of people from another bar. My wife goes to put in a song and I see her speaking to the KJ for a while. So I go up and hear him lecturing her about her opinion and actions. After the experience before that was the most disgusting interaction. I told her we had to go. We can't come to a place like this, completely unprofessional, grimey and EXPENSIVE. You can charge that much if your bar is nice. But the atmosphere, price and unprofessionalism aren't for us. We own a business and this is outlandish.
