It was a pleasure working with Four and Twenty Blackbirds Bakery who provided 7 dozen of its delicious pastries for my daughter's post wedding brunch with family and friends. There were so many compliments on the fine quality of the various flavors, which included sweets of marionberry & apple and savories of spinach feta artichoke and ham & cheese. At the end of our event, there was only one piece left! I surely recommend this bakery to anyone. Thanks again!

This bakery is absolutely wonderful! We came here on our first morning visiting Ashland and everything was so great. The samosa turnover, breakfast turnover, Marion berry scone, and cinnamon roll were so delicious. The service we received was friendly,so patient, and kind. A Covid19 Tale of 2020: I planned to visit my father and grandmother for his 70th birthday and Christmas. Alas, due to the stupidity of millions of American people and the further downfall of our already inefficient government, the virus rates rose. I had to cancel my trip last minute. I wanted to send my dad a cake, and called a couple bakeries in Medford who informed me it was too late. Four and Twenty Blackbirds was my third call, and Gabriella saved the day. She made a beautiful chocolate cake, wrote "Happy Birthday, Dad" on it, and delivered it the next day, right on time for his birthday. Excellent customer service, and although I'm in NYC and was unable to eat the cake, it was reported as delicious by my family. I will definitely be visiting this bakery on my next trip. Thank you, Gabriella!!

My wife and I got two pies (peach and pumpkin) from 4 & 20 for Thanksgiving.. .. We stood over them on our kitchen counter with forks taking turns trying both pies, the night before Thanksgiving. We had to stop ourselves and put the pies away... lol...or we would have finished them off and not had any pie for Thanksgiving. Wow!! Delicious!! Can't wait to try some of their other bakery items.

The Brazilian cheese popovers are not on the menu, but sometimes available at the Four and Twenty table in the farmers market. Dee-lish! (Gluten free, though not dairy free.) I’ve brought them to several parties- best when fresh out of the oven, so coordinate accordingly.
