The calamari is always amazing. It's one of my favorite items on the menu. It comes with some of the best tarter sauce and spicy cocktail sauce. It's a must have.I ordered the NY strip and my wife ordered the flat iron steak. Both were perfectly temped. The mashed potatoes were yummy and garlicky. The vegetables were fresh and al dente. Great attention by the kitchen.We split a piece of the caramel cheesecake. It was very tasty and silky smooth.The service was exceptional. There wasn't an empty drink once. Thank you for the awesome experience!

The food and drinks were exceptional, and Erin's attentive and friendly approach truly enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend Oscar’s for its delicious cuisine and top-notch service!
This place used to be so good, now it is falling apart and the whole atmosphere went from cozy to dingy. The waitress straight up told me to not order the seafood because it wasn’t good, and if that isn’t a red flag then idk what is. Probably won’t be going back unless someone drags me there…Edit of review to reply to owner:It was my birthday in February, I should have spoke up then but didn’t want to make anyone upset- but to give you more info, the table we were at was so wobbly that things were moving if we barely bumped the table. I wanted to get lobster very badly but the waitress helping us gave me a weird look, then said lobster wasn’t fresh and to maybe get something else.Everything always had a beautiful presentation at your restaurant, but the way our plates were made was very messy and not neat. You no longer have the beautiful salad towers and those were a huge plus for your service, now the salads are bland and not nearly as good. The steak I had lacked flavor, and that never was an issue in the past. I just wanted to be honest because for about 15 years now this has been my family’s favorite place to eat, and I was just so disappointed when I came in last.

Our dinner was an unwanted 2 hours. We almost missed our show because of it. They 86'd our salads and then proceeded to serve other tables after us with salads. All our appetizers came out one at a time... Three tables were seated and served and gave their checks before we even got our main meals. All we got were steaks, and they were warm, not hot. Just over all terrible experiences. The new owner needs some serious help... oh, and they were out of fish completely, which was a good portion of the menu, so good luck to anyone that wants any famous staples from this place because more than likely, they will be out! Considering how much money we were spending, you would think the service would be top notch, but sadly, not the case.

Great old school elegant vibe. We enjoyed the special dumplings as an app, the Brussels sprouts were perfectly cooked, and the halibut special was perfect. Cesar salad had a lot of rotten lettuce pieces so maybe avoid that.Definitely get the sundae with hot fudge!

We love old-school seafood restaurants, and Omar's fit the bill. The decor is throwback, the service is friendly, and the food is great. We each had a tasty dinner salad, and the parmesan snapper with whipped potatoes and sauteed veggies - fish cooked perfectly and sides seasoned well. They had a nice Oregon pinot gris by the glass, which was a perfect accompaniment to our meal. Highly recommend Omar's!!
