Delicious food. Wonderful service. Our server clay was very attentive and never missed a beat. From the appetizer to the dessert we left satisfied and with goodies for later. Thank you Osteria la Briccola for the delicious meal and wonderful experience. We loved the little touches Daniel provided to make our experience amazing. We are still talking about the Carpaccio.

It was my girlfriend's birthday and her choice so I requested a quiet table (the bar is loud). It was a new room, a tiny room without windows but lovely and quiet (even after a large party was seated). Shasta was our server and did a great 5 star job. The bar was a bit slow/busy but we were told we had a 1 1/2 hour table limit. Shasta checked on the next reservation and said we actually had two hours but we left before our time was up! The food: the salad with gorgonzola was fresh and large, taste was not exciting. I had the spaghetti with seafood and the spaghetti was aldente and definitely fresh and wonderful. The red sauce and fish had no taste but salt. It was a very mediocre dish. It stated having "large scallops" but I couldn't define any. The bread was good, had to ask for oil and balsamic (butter was not offered but I know it is available). Martini was great, wine fabulous, a chardonnay from Italy. Dessert was "carmal flan", very underwhelming. For the price, I'm afraid it was not good value for me unfortunately. It's a popular, busy place, so I know they won't miss me! I will prefer Cicely's in Medford although the service is not as great as Shasta!

Having been several times, it always feels busy (excessive celebrity picture decor probably contributes to that impression) and it feels a little tight between tables. The cocktails and desserts were top notch, and the wine list has a nice range of prices and style choice. The cheese and meat board was delightful. However, the pre-dinner bread was incredibly over-salted and we bread lovers couldn't finish it. But the biggest disappointment was all the pastas we tried. Lamb ragu came highly recommended but tasted of crockpot flavors. Spaghetti was bland. Carbonara not as good as others in town. Service was attentive but not very engaged (ie, making recommendations, suggesting alternatives). Seems this is one of the main places in downtown Ashland to "see and be seen," but it is not a quiet and intimate dinner out.

Food was delicious as always, and the service was also--as always-- prompt, attentive and courteous. It was a little noisier than usual for some reason, but we were able to talk fairly comfortably. This is one of our most favorite restaurants here in Ashland, and it never disappoints.

Wonderful restaurant, we can't wait to go back. Husband and I had the cioppino and it was perfect, full of seafood. Food is all homemade on site. Had the delicious Afogato for dessert (espresso poured over vanilla sorbet and whipped cream). My only advice is better signs. The restaurant sign was obscured by a large leafy tree. You must go down a short hallway and take elevator to the 2nd floor.

Great Northern Italian food! In-house made pasta and great sauces. The Charcuterie is a great share with three couple and cocktails. Best lasagna ever! We also love the lamb ragu. Patio is nice when the weather is nice, otherwise we like the bar area ... very clubby. Servers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Favorite restaurant in Ashland.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I arrived early and my table was still full. They offered me some wine, and when the original table was not emptying on time, they offered 2 other choices. I sat outside which was lovely. The food was quite good, although the portion size was a little too big for me. But I ate it all because the food was so good. An excellent experience. Their customer service was superb.

La Briccola never disappoints. Daniel is always most welcoming and appreciated. We had a lovely dinner on the patio and Emily continued the excellent service right on through. The food and wine are always delicious, we're so happy to have this place in town!

Chefs Kiss! This place is amazing. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was classy. I did feel super under dressed in my carhart work clothes as I had just gotten out of work and didn't have time to change. The wait staff was non-judgmental and we had an amazing dinner. This would be a great place for a romantic date night. Looking forward to coming back in some fancier attire. The food was top notch. I don't normally go for Italian, but so glad we did. I will definitely be back.

I sat at the bar and had the: TAGLIATELLE AL CINGHIALE E PECORINO. For those that don't know it's composed of long flat ribbon pasta, wild board ragù, red wine, light tomato sauce, and pecorino cheese. It was incredible, and I've only ever had it in northern Italy. From what I remember, it was spot on with using what I was told was local wild pig. Thank you for taking me back to Italy 2019!!

Great food! The clams as an appetizer were excellent the broth was an extra bonus. Order extra focaccia to dip! The Mix seafood pasta was the best. The wait staff was very attentive and the prices were quite reasonable for a destination location. Thank You

Really like this restaurant sometimes the food is exceptional and other times it's still great but it's a bit pricey. Staff is wonderful. Very lively and fun.

It has been awhile since we have been in but they did not disappoint. As always the food and service was excellent. So glad we came out. The Lam Ragu was very tasty and seasoned just right. As well as the Gnocchi with crushed nuts. Thank you for the excellent dinning experience and awesome food.

Osteria La Briccola is one of our favorite restaurants in Ashland. The service is exceptional: very friendly and attentive staff. The two of us started with their very good “tricolor” salad, which we shared as the serving was quite large (don't know how one person could eat it all), followed by a ragu each: wild boar and lamb. We'd give the boar 4 stars; the lamb 5. Ended with tiramisu and flourless chocolate cake, both of which were good but not outstanding. Noise level was moderate to occasionally somewhat loud, which seems to be par for most restaurants. The prices are very reasonable for this quality food & service, and the serving sizes are generous — we couldn't finish the entrees so had them boxed to take home, making the two meals actually a real bargain! :-)
