Man, what an utter disappointment. $18 for a soggy little sandwich with ~3 slices of overcooked "pastrami" (more like unseasoned overcooked yet no fat rendered brisket) and like 70% coleslaw.edit*- I shouldve read the reviews on here more and looked at the pictures more closely. apparently what I got is pretty normal. looks like they have all their sandwiches with minimal meat and maximum filler like coleslaw..Parking: Easy to park, plenty of spaces available

This place is pretty rad. One thing though, the bread... Texas toast style bread really isn't my jam unless its a grilled cheese. But the giariniera... I could eat that by the spoonful. So good.

Okay had to try the daily special. Wow - served on ciabatta thinly sliced bbq beef with escarole, served with chips! It's outdoor dining but lots of heaters so we were toasty warm
Best hot sandwich in town. Customer service is good too to boot.

Can't believe this is my 3rd time visiting Ashland, and only the first time here. New Yorkers have lots of opinions about their pastrami and I must say, I truly enjoyed my Zombie Pastrami quite a lot. The meat was delicious and seasoned so well. I particularly loved the zombie slaw. Though very messy, didn't stop me from wolfing down both halves. Nice big portions and that rye bread is incredible. I was told that always check the special of the day - will keep in mind for next time! The kitchen did futz an order for one of our sandwiches, (one of our party was being difficult), but the kitchen was so nice and made a replacement sandwich in about 3 minutes, and we were ever so thankful. I enjoyed the vibe of the outdoor seating, even when a little cold and I will be coming back!

Really good and fresh sandwiches, awesome variety to choose from, excellent music playing while we ate, friendly staff. It's not a 5 bc there were lots of flies the day we ate there and the bread was good, but not great. Would def eat here again though if I'm ever back in Ashland looking for a sandwich.
