The location is awesome, but that's about it. If you plan on having a few beers and talking with friends, forget it. I've been there twice and both times the line to get a beer was at least 10 people long all waiting for one server to pour samples of practically every beer on tap to almost everyone. I spent most of my time there standing in line.What happened to table service? I would tip generously, but not after standing in the sun for ten minutes. You'd think that they could afford a couple of servers since they're charging $8-$9 a beer! NOT A REPEATABLE EXPERIENCE!

Fabulous. The iced tea was terrible, but hubby loved the brisket sandwich and the stout the bartender picked for him was great, he said. I was only up for an appetizer, and the Dirty Fries were really good. Oh, and house made potato chips came with the sandwich and were awesome. Staff did great in spite of how busy it was (long line, but it moved fine).

They have a HUGE selection of beers and beverages.This place was so nice and comfy! They have these firepits outside that look like tree stumps. Hands down the ambiance of this place is what made me love it so much ❤️

Great selection of beers, ciders and other beverages. Nice in the summer as you can sit out by the creek. Good is good, not great. My personal favorite is the Brisket Sandwich. It's a very open space, with garage door type openings. Nice and airy. Though colder in the winter and flies in the summer. They do have nice ceiling heaters for wintertime and even a few fire pits outside. Great place to grab a beverage after biking the watershed or hitting the slopes of Mt. Ashland.Parking: Can be tough to find a parking spot on the street or up near the park. I would share my secret parking spot but then it wouldn't be a secret anymore!Kid-friendliness: They have kid, beverages and food and it's very family friendly here

Think twice about ordering food- management says 1.5hr ticket times are normal.What a sad, disgusting, and absolutely unacceptable scene at Skout today. This place has gone far downhill. Your staff and their treatment of customers, us and others included, was completely unacceptable and shameful. I really hope you have a meeting with your staff on today and make sure it does not occur again. No, hour-plus wait times are not normal, and your cashiers should stop taking food orders if you're that far behind, or at least inform the customers about it. Their friendliest response was, "You can order another beer and wait longer," to guests who had already been waiting for over an hour. Those who wanted a refund, had to return back to line to wait on this refund. A few left without ever receiving their food or refund. Heck, they would run orders to now empty tables that still had a number on it, and then just let it sit there. After an hour and 10 minuets, we were served cold dirty fires. What an experience!
