Had a great visit here!! I came in on my 30 min at break and was done with my order within 5 mins, very quick efficient service and my sub was perfect!!The sandwich artist working was very quick and kind. His corded monocle-type glasses are super stylish, but he does need to make sure if he adjusts them while on the line, that he is washing his hands and changing his gloves before touching an order. It’s one of those things you learn as you go along!! Overall, the shop was clean, service was great and food was tasty. Very happy to see that new ownership is helping. :)

I’m writing this review because of one employee who was at this location 4:40pm today. A young tall white male employee in his late teens or early 20s wearing red earbuds who did not listen to me or barely made eye contacts with me the entire time. I placed an app order earlier today, all I had to was to pick up what I paid for already, I thought. When I showed up, a well groomed mature male employee who said it was his first day today told me the order didn’t come through and sometimes the system fails. No problem, I checked that my credit card was actually refunded (somehow the order was cancelled by subway), I ordered in store. Now it’s time to pay for my order, I explained that I had buy one footlong and get one free deal on app, so I’d want them to honor the same deal, that’s when this above dude who thought he’s so cool listening to his earbuds while working came out and I had to explain my situation all over, meanwhile he made no eye contact and not even paying attention to me at all. Then he says to me that it had to be a fake coupon and I should place order in store (which I already did and after the other courteous employee showed him my orders that were created already). I started to tell him AGAIN the order was placed on Subway app, therefore the coupon couldn’t be fake and he still wouldn’t even look at me or paid any attention because he was looking at another customer who came after me (who was being already helped by the other courteous employee), I had been very patient up to this point but I walked out. I couldn’t deal with his incompetency plus rudeness. What a bright future this asshat has as a sandwich artist.

The food is always good .But service is slight because they are always short staffed and usallonly one worker working at a time ...making the wait longer..But I understand being short staffed. Good food overall .This subway could use a remodel and paint job .Parking: Not much parking at all

I have been here before and the service hasnt ever been terrible, but tonight made me want to leave a review. I walked in, expecting a small line but to my suprise it was empty. Waited for a minute, but was quickly met with some of the most exceptional service I have experienced in this establishment. I didn't catch the young guy's name who made my sandwich, but you were 100% not lying when you said you understood what I meant by by "making a veggie delight right". Not only did you make it perfect, but you made the entire transaction 5 minutes and was also extremely friendly. Managers, please let this guy know hes doing great! Ill be back!

Not very friendly, didn’t smile, and had no engagement of conversation. Other than is that going to be all, and gave us half scoop instead of full avocado. Called my very feminine daughter a him. Possibly racist.

Ordered delivery and the first complication was they had no meatballs for the meatball sub. No problem, we can pick something else. But then when our order was delivered, the panini grilled sandwich looked like it had been grilled inside a paper bag. Paper from the bag was even stuck to the bread. I'm mystified how they even accomplished this.

Went in, got some food, went to go eat it with my friend down the street, it was gross. Came back to a nasty note on my car which was the only car in the parking lot. It said, "if you park here again, you will be towed by the owners expense." Ok I won't park there again because I won't be giving them any business. They're doing a great job keeping their parking lot empty.

SARAH has got to be the rudest person I have EVER encountered at a Subway, or any other fast food restaurant. I stopped ordering from this Subway because of her attitude several months ago and thought I would give it another try. My mistake. She is still employed here and JUST AS RUDE AS SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN. I recommend the Tolman Creek Plaza Subway where they treat you like a human being. Not like a unwelcome nuisance. This will definitely be the LAST time I choose this Subway again (closer to my home). So sad.

I went in Sunday night to get a sandwich and the guy that was working was extremely rude to me. Not only was he rude but tried to STEAL $5 from me. He offered to count the money for me and I let him do it and I had all ones and a 5 and I should’ve not even let him count it but I watched him try to steal the five from me and when I said something about it he threw it me. Never going back to that subway again. Hire better workers. As soon as we walked in he had so much attitude. If you hate your job that much then quit!!!

It was about 30 minutes before they close at 10, and It is the night before the 4th of July. I had my fiancé get our order for the night but They had there toaster oven off.. After my fiancé had came back with the orders he had let me know. I was in charge for about a year under Perla, and occasionally Krista Antonio. I would get in a lot of trouble when I would even attempt to do anything like that. and after reading some of the reviews and knowing the local workers I decided to call subway. Our servers were Dani & Sarah! I had a very nice conversation with Sarah leading up to the reason of the oven being off; It takes an hour to clean it. Which makes sense because you have to wait for it to cool down then clean it with oven cleaner. It was late in my Sunday and it’s normally not busy. She had explained she wanted to clean it the night before for her weekly clean! Which means they are keeping it healthy & clean which I know they are staying safe and my sandwich can be toasted with a clean toaster every week! So I appreciate Sarah taking the time and explaining that to me with no hesitation or attitude. Very respectful, professional, and alway a delight to see her! I hope Jeff Hoxsey or the upper management recognizes her and she get the appreciation and raise that she deserves. Sarah and Dani are truly amazing and this is my favorite subway in the valley!!!
