Food was good but took a long time and by the time we got the food and left realized they never gave us the Cinnabon 12 pack. Went back to ask for it and they said they never rang it up for us… they said they’d need to ring me up for it again and I would have to wait for them. Took too long the first time so I didn’t want that.

20 bucks says I could get absolutely blazed before an interview and still get the job. They always hire the most aloof people. Never seen a single one of them smile once. I work retail, I get it, the job can suck, but you should at least come off as friendly and engaged in the conversation when taking an order. So many times I’ve ordered food and it comes out horrible. I emphasize no sour cream, they give me extra. I ask for a cup for the soda that’s included with my meal, they ignore me.I don’t blame the employees. It’s easy money for them so at least they can put what they get towards rent and stuff, but I do blame whoever runs that place. They don’t know how to hire the right people

Have been at this location on and off for over a year. Constantly missing items, even months between visits they can’t seem to get it right. Items always placed into bags upside down or smashed. Yes, I understand that some of these workers may be students, but it gets to a point where it happens way too often for it to be considered an “oops.”

How hard is it to check a damn ticket before handing out the order to make sure everything is there? Taco punks.
theres 100 restaurants in Ashland, this is the one to goto if you want to spend an entire hour, contract the plague, and be browbeaten before being served cold food ordered by the kid in the chevy two cars behind you. i would give it a zero star review if google allowed that. check your food for razor blades, and expect fleas and scabies from the homeless encampment in the lobby.
