We live here in town and it is part of our normal stops. We love the drinks, food and pasties. Staff are always very pleasant and when the weather agrees, we love the view outside sitting over the river.

Very enjoyable experience! The owner was very helpful and fun to chat with, and the coffee was great! We had the Holiday blend in the store, and then took home a pound of that as well as the Mexico Whiskey Barrel beans, which is extraordinary! Highly recommend a visit here!

We discovered this little coffe shop on a recent trip and fell in love. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They roast incredible coffees. We kept going back each day we were in town! The Mexican Mocha was the best coffee drink I've ever had. My husband really enjoyed his decaf Mocha. Definitely worth a try!

Went to the Goonies house and happened by here. Walking in, the smell was incredible. I got a drip coffee and had to take a couple of bags of whole beans home. Absolutely delicious and fresh roasted. Best coffee I have had in some time.

We were passing through Astoria and I picked up a bag of the Average Joe med-dark roast whole bean. Brewed my first pot this morning. I have been a home-roaster for years, so enjoy a good cup of fresh coffee...and like to periodically try what the professionals do. It's a great-tasting blend!

Updating my 6-year old review to reflect how things are under new ownership. Fresh, bright welcome space with delicious coffee provided by the owners and roasters. Great selection of tea/coffee goods plus some unique goods I haven't seen elsewhere. Could easily do some holiday shopping here while grabbing a coffee.Wouldn't knock stars on this, but I really wish they had a couple of arm chairs to sit in.

The friendly folks at Astoria Coffee Company make the best cold brew. I don't know how they do it. It's bold but not bitter, and gives me that oohmpapa-oohmpapa feeling.

Service with a smile. I loved being able to see the beans while they were being roasted, too. I asked to buy a half pound of the freshest beans they had and the employee accommodated that no problem. They put our lattes in our reusable travel mugs- a big plus :) lots of Goonies merch.
