This place is so nice. The view can’t be beat. Service was excellent and the food was good. I went with a cheeseburger because we were passing through. The menu offers a great variety of seafoods and pastas. I also really like the town of Astoria. I would like to stay here for a weekend. So much to do in a compact area.
The service and food were amazing, not to mention the view. We just happened to find the Gem on our highway 1 road trip. My girlfriend and I have tried many places, this one is up there with some of the best. The seared salmon, spicy Thai pasta with prawns and clam chowder were all amazing and not too expensive either! Try this place out. Love it. Will definitely return on our next trip.

We found this place on accident as we were driving down to Cali and I’m soooo happy we did! The food was AMAZING! We had perfect view of the water, the waitress was so sweet and funny! We’re already planning when we’re going to come back.
