Bought 2 3 piece meals. Discovered no biscuits. Asked about them. Was told the oven broke down so no biscuits. Asked for a replacement. Was told no, that biscuits were a complementary item in the meals and we're not considered in the pricing in the meals. Left with no biscuits. Had to wait approx. 20 min. For our meal as well as we ordered apple tarts. Our meals were then delivered to another vehicle. This was not a good experience. We usually eat to go there a couple times a month.

This is the most disgusting place to eat, duty bathrooms, no soap, no hot water, no paper towels, tables was really duty.I just take a picture of the drink fountain with a lot a mold as you can see.Never eat at the place.

My order was up fast. The bathroom seemed kind of grungy, but everything else looked clean.
I was pretty disappointed in the service here. When we came they didn't have many options available and the staff was a little rude. However, for the items we were able to get, they tasted okay. I personally wouldn't come here again, but if you want KFC then sure.

Ladies bathroom was so filthy! Seriously no hot water, no soap filth everywhere. Do the employees use this bathroom??? I would never eat there, walked out.

We went through the drive thru on our way through Astoria, and ate our food in the parking lot. It was fresh and well made. BUT then I went inside to use the restroom. If I had gone inside to order, I would have turned around and left hungry. The whole place was nasty. The restroom trash was overflowing, like it hadn't been emptied for a few days. There was a black mold ring around the inside of the toilet, and the floor around the toilet looked moldy. The lobby/dining area was messy, the tables were dirty, the windows were streaked with dirt, and there was garbage on the lobby floor.
Food was good, service was friendly and fairly fast, and the store was clean.
