After a long day of driving and Doctor appointments I grabbed a couple of Pizzas on the way home. We had just had pizza a couple days before from the local pizzeria, they recently re-opened and at first, they were good... I ordered 2 family size pizzas and 2 monkey breads; 1 garlic and 1 cinnamon... I spent the same amount for One (1) Medium pizza, (1) salad and (2) beers ... the sauce was flavorless and the dough tasted like it had no salt ... it tasted just like cardboard. I felt like I should have just lit a $50, bill on fire ... I will never do that again, I will order twice as much food, with flavor! From Papa Murphy's.

Used the app. None of the customizations went through. They were helpful about remaking. They were out of thin crust. Never bothered calling. I would have cancelled my order anyway. Then I asked for a refund for one of the pizzas because I didn’t want it. Girl seemed put out that I asked for a receipt with proof or refund. Got home and realized they didn’t even fully refund my pizza. Not my first poor experience here. Probably won’t return.

I ordered online and when I got there was told there 30 minutes later, was no thin crust option- which was fine. It then took them 20 minutes to even start making the pizzas. Very poorly run store .

This Papa Murphy’s is garbage. It’s run by a pathetic excuse of an owner named Nathan Newman. He fires special needs workers, has a reputation for screwing over his managers, and lets unsanitary people make YOUR PIZZAS! If you want pizza take your business elsewhere, this place is disgusting, has a horrible atmosphere, and is under terrible management/ownership.
The food as always is a hit or miss. I know I cook it at home but for some reason most of the time it doesn't agree with my stomach. Idk if it's in the dough or what but I always feel sick the next day. This last time I went it seemed like they were training new people which was great other than the fact that they had one person there training 4 people

Inflation is murder, sure, but the prices are absurd for the quality. Frozen pizza is a far better deal and, dare I say it, product. The employees were better than the business deserved. Minimum wage despite such prices is disgusting. And the place closes early because they can't get workers, surprise...Also, celiacs should not roll the dice with gluten free crust. The sauce blades touch wheat constantly

Made correctly to order and didn't skimp on sauce cheese or toppings. I generally have a hard time finding a decent take and bake pizza but the staff at Papa Murphy's really made my family some great pizzas.
