This is a cool place. I think the food is good but the beer, cider and LOCATION are just so fantastic its hard to focus. If you can't find a libation here, you're one of those people who should be shot and dumped off the pier for sealion sustinance. ...either that or sent to find the bathrooms; an adventure but a neat one.

When we came in, it wasn't too busy. The older, heavy set woman who was serving us took her time getting us water. She seemed annoyed that we asked for a couple of samples of beer. She came around to every other table multiple times but ignored us. Didn't check in to see what we had decided to order or how our appetizer was. Finally, I got up to order at the bar. She appeared annoyed further and made big hand gestures to another employee. When she was walking by, I asked for our check, and she acted as though she didn't hear me. No response. I would expect such snotty behavior from maybe someone half her age, but the younger staff working there were sweet and had excellent customer service skills. I'm not sure why someone with such a sour disposition would want to interact with customers. Although the location is cool, and the food was great, I'd rather support any other business in Astoria.

Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered the Fish and Chips which were *chefs kiss* and the Jalepeno Burger. The fish was not over cooked and the batter was light and flaky. I still think about the fish. The Jalepeno burger was solid. Both came with Clam Chower which was ok. We also ordered Root Beer and a pup patty.Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The waitress was awesome and super attentive. We brought out pup in on the outside patio and she brought over a bowl of water for her which was super kind of her to do.Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We sat outside on a sunny day, not much to complain about.Parking: You can totally park on the dock but it may be hard to find parking once it fills out.
