Good customer service makes the atmosphere. The lady working was in such a hurry. Very sort with words. Lighting was dim just felt unw er lcomed and unpleasant surroundings.

Dissapointed. Got a meatball sub, and added pepperoni (an extra charge). The sandwich looked like it barely had anything in it when I opened it up and found they did not add the pepperoni. It’s literally a one ingredient before what I added, and pepperoni was in bold on the receipt. How hard is that?

Update on my past post which was not very favorable but recently I visited and I've got to say new owners again great personalities of employees there's still one that's been there a while and I love her to death she's great I'm sorry I can't remember her name at this moment but she's great was not working when I was in there but the girl that was was funny smiled and laughed a lot served me well and I will definitely give this a five star four-star rating welcome aboard new owners New Owner, this place is clean, staff is great while still learning themselves. Give it a shot and let the owner know what you think. My impression is that he listens and will work on suggestions or complaints within reason, of course. .

Astoria Subway was legit today. Haven't been there in probably a year at least and definitely not since the menu/staff upgrades but the food was great and the 3 staff there willingly put up with my stupid jokes and generally pessimism filled demeanor during our ordering so high marks for that. 8/10

These people had no bread at 12:00 lunchtime. The company has pulled away from all accountability because there's no phone number that is not automated and you can only file a complaint if you have a receipt number. This was the worst lunch ever, since it takes me fifteen minutes just to walk there, I stood in line for about ten minutes without being even greeted, they were right there so they saw me. I have already spent way too much energy, I will be spending money for postage to write a letter about my experience today. Did I mention the bathrooms were blocked off. Soo unhappy ?

Willow Tree

Provides the worst atmosphere food and customer service I have ever come across in my life. The drive through was terrible, then they shut it down. Super inefficient. Sloooooowwwww, oh so very slow. And, the attitude of being bothered that I showed up to get a sandwich, well, how dare I! But also, they need tips when the card reader asks, for having to be forced to work on their 8 hour long break in the back, if they bother to come up front at all of course. The play place stinks and needs to be disinfected, so gross. Dirty establishment, the food is so sloppy, the employees are the laziest, pissiest people, and half of them seem like they are on something. Wouldn't want to eat food after their unwashed hands touched it. Less than one star!

Dirty, worn-out place and our sandwiches looked similar.No cheddar on stock, no mayo on stock, the sandwich was doughy and ripped.We should have known when we walked in! We were the only customers there during what should have been mid-week lunch rush hour.This looks very much like a place that is run by people who don't invest in the business and just want to squeeze out as much as they can. I hope the employees are being treated okay but I saw cameras pointed at them (as well as cameras pointed at customers... which is okay), so that's not a good sign ☢️Needless to say we're not coming back here until we see at least visible changes.

Had to stand in line for about 3 to 5 minutes before anyone came out of the back.the two you have working for that store are questionable. The guy came out and it was ok and then the guy called his girlfriend out and it went all bad the girl was trying to tell the guy what to do and from there it really went bad the girl started shoving sandwiches and getting very rude. I then got rude back and said I would like my money back. The guy said he was the manager but didn't know how to return the money. They also started making sandwiches. This was about a week ago.i tried to call the corperate head quarters and couldn't get through to anyone .

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The workers are lazy and cancel doordash orders. I ordered an order 30 minutes before doordash cut off and it got canceled because "they didn't have either items" but when I called and asked what they did have (15 minutes before doordash cut off) they said well our line is pulled so we won't make anything else. Before doordash orders are over? ? sure you didn't have it.

The bread is dry and over cooked everytime I step out and go there it's gotten worse by far there cookies r over baked I will not recommend them ever bread is half the sandwich people start caring about what u serveParking: It works okay nothin else to say
