“Oh my...YUM! Homemade and fresh tortillas. Homemade salsas and wonderfully marinated meats and authentic rice and bean! This is what REAL Mexican food is supposed to taste like. If you don't like this place, then go back to Chipotle where you belong....hehehe thank you, Santana. Maybe add a little salt to the tortillas, but everything was awesome.“

“Adorable restraurant on the corner in the quaint and charming downtown / Old Town Sherwood area. The owners and staff are hard working, everyone is super friendly and you can tell they love what they do - they make amazing food! Great prices, clean and updated atmosphere, and awesome outdoor seating options too. If you like mexican food, and want a place with a great vibe and cocktails, this place is worth a visit! Bring on summer, street tacos and a cold beer!“

“My grandma wanted to go to Bauman's farm for mother's day last year. On the way through, I couldn't help but notice all of the Mexican restaurants and markets in Woodburn. I knew that I had to visit them. This year for mother's day, instead of getting lunch at Bauman's farm I searched the nearby Mexican restaurants for a place to eat. They all had similar ratings and comments, they were all good, all authentic, all fairly priced, and it seems the majority in the area are generally Oaxacan inspired.I was sure that wherever we went i'd have a good experience, I was concerned that my grandma wouldn't find something she'd like, but after searching we found Casa de Caldos (house of caldrons/stews).As we pulled up and parked, another car pulled in close next to us and they apologized for parking too close (which was not a problem, just pointing out our first interaction which was pleasant and friendly). A Latino family came out from the car and a young boy pulled out some of his toys and immediately presented them to my grandmother and they had a beautiful exchange, he presented them to her one by one.Upon entering, the place was nearly full and it became immediately clear that we were the only werros here which to me was a good indicator that the food would be good.My grandma has a very sensitive aversion to spice because she had a severe infection on her tongue when she was younger, for that reason as I mentioned I was worried she wouldn't find something that she liked. But the clerk at the counter was careful in listing the items that were not too spicy, including a pollo pozole dish rich with hominy that happens to be one of my grandma's favorite dishes, which she ordered.I ordered mole tacos, a mole tamale, and carne asada tacos as well as al pastor tacos to go.The tortillas we so fresh and delicious, the mole rich and deep with flavor. My grandma loved her pozole and it was enough for her to get 3 meals from. Accompanied with the pozole were 3 deep fried tortillas which went as well as can be with the stew. The tacos were $3.50 each and had a very good sized portion of meat, around 3 ounces. 2 of them would be sufficient for a lunch for only $7. They came with radishes, cilantro, onions, and red and green salsas. What I would give to have such an establishment where I live in Northwest Portland. I would likely eat at such a place 4 times out of the week or even every day.It was the perfect meal and made for a lovely mother's day for my grandma, I can't recommend it enough if you're anywhere near Woodburn.Dietary restrictions: It may be difficult to find options without spice if you have a very strong aversion to heat.Parking: Plenty of parking space.Kid-friendliness: A lot of children here, kid friendly.“

“I love coming here I live nearby and whenever I'm craving authentic Mexican food I come here. Many places nearby don't offer the variety that Kelly's tacos does... the Alpastor they make is delicious and my favorite meat choice. Definitely would recommend Kelly's tacos.“

“I am a vegetarian so please keep that in mind.I think this is the best tasting food I have found to date in the state or Oregon. I am originally from California, which has amazing restaurants of all types of cuisine’s. So moving to Oregon in 2019 I have been searching for a Mexican restaurant that compares to restaurants in California and I have just found it.The only complaint was from my friend who was with me who said the chicken was a little dry. But all the rest of the food we had was absolutely amazing. It’s a small restaurant that only has around 10 tables. The prices are very reasonable. They hand all the food here as far as I could tell and the pupusas’s here are the best I have ever had. Rice and beans are on point and not too salty. I will be returning here and my waistline will not be thanking me for it.FYI it is not letting me post any pics for this review. I will try to add some again soonVegetarian options: Veggie burrito is really good“

“We found this little gem of a place when attending a basketball tourney. Service was outstanding, their chips and salsa had actually guac, hot bean dip, and pico/red sauce that were all delicious. Never seen a chips/salsa having 3 generous portion of anything! Also, the eggs benedict was great, and the Bloody Mary was not short on alcohol, like 99% of the other restaurant. Great overall place.“

“This food truck in Hubbard, tucked behind a gas station, has great tacos! They have lots of other stuff too but the tacos are exemplary. I get the spicy chicken tacos. They have a small seating area but it's a better spot for takeout. We call ahead - it's super convenient as it's right on 99E.“

“My friend suggested we eat here. Extremely modest place that you might easily pass on, but very pleasantly surprised. I ordered the the carne asada tacos and my friend ordered the quesobirria. Now, if you haven't had a quesobirria... let me tell you about it. It's cooked beef folded into a tortilla with melted cheese and served with a side of au jus for dipping. It's like a braised beef taco married a quesadilla. Absolutely delicious! Don't let the exterior of the restaurant fool you. There's some seriously good food going on here. Provecho!“

“Very good service and a pleasant atmosphere, although I love it when a Mexican restaurant has some traditional music playing but this one did not while we were there. The food was slightly above average compared to other comparable restaurants in the area. I had sirloin steak with rice, beans and tortillas. Wife had cheese and onion enchiladas and she said they were good but nothing to rave about. We will be back and try different options next time.“

“Dinner started with house made taco chips and a yummy salsa. Hubby couldn’t make up his mind so he had the combination plate and I chose the street tacos. Delicious! Lots of food! Dinner came with sauces, sour cream and guacamole. We went based on reviews and weren’t disappointed. Wish there was one of these in our home town!“

“This is my favorite West Linn destination. Amazing food, so many tequillas to taste, and friendly staff. The bar and dining area behind it have great atmosphere. [What I call the "overflow" room to the right can get loud with just a few tables.] Can't wait to visit again!“

“First time ordering here & they really went above & beyond for me. I have been too sick to leave the house for over a week & was just too exhausted to make my 4 yr old dinner, so decided to try Camilas using door dash. After 45 min the app said they were still preparing my meal, which I knew was not accurate. I called Camilas & sure enough, my order had been ready for a while, just waiting for a driver to be assigned & pick it up. The woman on the phone was so sweet, she offered to deliver the food to me herself. I am so grateful for her kindness & will definitely order from there again. Not only was the food really good, but the service is excellent. Thank you so much Camilas!“

“When my husband and I want Mexican food and don't want to travel far we come to San Blas. The food here is pretty standard for Mexican food. The pollo ala crema is one of my go to dinners but I do try and get something different. The staff here is always friendly and the food comes out in an appropriate time. The place has good seating and the addition of live plants around helps make it cozy. Their margaritas are delicious.“

“If you like Mexican food, you absolutely need to try this little hole in the wall. Google instructions direct you to a business across the street. It was not easy to fin it. They are next to a wedding store and under some gargantuan pine trees. Main draw back: no toilet, only a porta-potty under the pine trees.“

“What a fabulous find! We were hungry but not starving, so it took a while to settle on an order. We finally settled on the nacho platter, which was great. Also order the house margarita, which was perfect--tart and not too sweet! While we dithered over our order and then waited for our food, our wonderful server, Leo, brought us salsa, chips and a small refried beans and slaw side. From start to finish, this was an awesome experience. Definitely planning to return when we are back in Canby.“

“We have been going to Mazatlan in Sherwood for well over 20 years.Their food is the tastiest, and they are always consistent! We have never had a change in the taste of food from visit to visit and we know we can count on a great meal.Their service is top notch. The same people have been there for the over 20 years we have gone, so that really says something. And they recognize us each time we stop in to eat.Our favorite dishes are the fajitas for two, carne asada and tamales. Top that off with a horchata or a Roy Rogers and you have an excellent meal.“
“Good menu selection, some unique items compared to other places, like the chicken mole. Flavor and tenderness of meat's were very good. Ambiance is nice, fun music playing, nice cozy decor, modern and clean inside, friendly service. They have tacos that you can dip, but only on Fridays. Would come back again.“

“Super fresh tortillas! And some of the nicest people around! We stopped by to try this place and it is not luxurious but we felt well cared for with both yummy food and friendly service. There is a small tent with a few picnic tables. If I lived close by I would want to try everything on the menu. My highlight of this meal (other than homemade tortillas and spicy salsa) was the champurrado, which was piping hot and really helps you shake off the cold.“

“My guy and I love this place. We used to enjoy the outdoor patio on nice days but they have since done some remodeling and the patio is now an extension of the inside of the restaurant. They did an amazing job. It's really nice and a great environment to hang out on a Sunday afternoon watch their new huge big screen TV all the tables look handcrafted wood the walls are all brick. All the windows are firefighters style and they slide open to allow it to be a outdoor indoor space I can’t wait to come on the warmer days to enjoy it with the windows open. The owner of this location is awesome and very friendly. He makes us feel very welcome by coming over to say hello to us every time we come to dine. and his staff is super nice as well. You never sent more than just a couple of minutes before someone comes over to check on you or take your order. This place is a well oiled machine. We highly recommend this place if you’re in Woodburn, I assure you will not regret it.“

“Nice and relaxing atmosphere. This was our first visit to the place. The food was good but too plain for my taste. I ordered the tequila shrimp dish. The bean burrito I ordered for my seven year old had good flavor. It was huge. I will return if I go back through Woodburn.“

“The tacos are amazing! They have less common options like lengua and tripe. The lengua is VERY soft and tasty. I liked all their options and had almost all of the meats as tacos. I would highly recommend! $3 / taco for street tacos is fair for how good it is!!“

“Got the pastor and carnitas tacos. They were pretty damn good and reasonably priced. Staff was super friendly and despite what others are saying they do speak English they probably just don't want to talk a whole lot to pushy white people at a Flying J in rural Oregon. They give you a good amount of cilantro and a selection of the little accoutrements you would want with tacos. Great choice considering the "atmosphere" is a dirt lot across from a truck stop.“
