Had dinner here last night and I really enjoyed this place! I love the small atmosphere. It’s cozy and the chef came out to meet us. Our meals were delicious and made with high quality ingredients, fresh vegetables and seafood. The wine list is incredible and our waitress was helpful in picking a good wine.

One of our favorite places to dine while visiting Bandon. Consistently great service and delicious food. Fabulous wine selection. But the BEST PART, the staff worked to make sure you had an excellent dinner experience. Kudos to them!!!

This is by far the best restaurant on the Oregon Coast! Several friends from throughout the country visit Bandon every year. These friend are from LA, Chicago, Dallas, Miami and New York just name a few places. Needless to say, they have dined in some of finest restaurant in the country. As a group, we were impressed with the flavors, but the service was relaxed and impeccable at the same time. The squid was fantastic, those that had the bolognese raved about it for days following our meal. The risotto was prepared perfectly as were the scallops and shrimp that accompanied the dish. Desserts were spot on and a perfect ending to the meal. We will be back next year, but those in the group that live in Oregon will be back every chance they get. Seek out and enjoy this gem you won't be disappointed.

First time, first we never felt welcome staff seemed on edge with on staff person watching everything the others were doing. Don't sit near the door you will be cold.Appetize was good we enjoyed the octopus. The pasta carbonara was very very dry and cold we had it replaced but obviously the kitchen didn't like it as the replacement was completely opposite and had a slight burnt taste, the special halibut was quite good nicely cooked. Dessert just ok. I had high hopes for our meal but just average and a little overpriced.

I am almost sorry for a less than stellar review but it's been over a year since we dined at Alloro and I find I am still a little bitter. The atmosphere and service we fine and the food had decent flavors but nothing to get really excited about. The seating is cozy, almost borderline tight. I probably would have thought much more of the establishment if I was a wine aficionado but I am not.I think my biggest complaint is portion size in relation to price. I paid over $30 for the seared scallop entree and was served an appetizer portion of 3 scallops. I was quite disappointed. My wife had the Bolognese which was not seasoned well while Mom had the pasta primavera which she was happy with (except the price). Fortunately, the birthday girl, our aunt, really enjoyed the evening (although I'm pretty sure it was the wine that did it for her)!I doubt I will ever step foot in Alloro again. I think there is better food and better values to be had here in Bandon.

We had a wonderful dinner tonight. I highly recommend the shrimp bisque soup. Very tasty bread and chopped salad. The star was the rib eye steak. If you are not a big eater I would suggest splitting it with someone. We took truffles home for dessert. Everything was so good the staff was very efficient and personable.

Great dining at Alloro. Great selection of food & wine. The Jumbo Shrimp risotto was delicious!Only drawback was being seated way in the back of the restaurant, so the service was less attentive than it could have been if we were up front. That being said, it didn't detract from the evening.

One of the best meals we have ever had! Enjoyed the wine flight. My husband had the mussels appetizer and I had the heirloom tomato appetizer. Both were excellent. We shared the risotto with shrimp. Also excellent! Topped the meal off with mint chocolate chip gelato and the lemon dessert. Staff very friend and helpful. Food pacing was thoughtful and just right. And extra kudos for the amazing bread!!

Our server was rude. Portions were too small. Steak overcooked. If you have a restaurant in a golf resort town you need to accommodate groups of men.
