For starters, the bread & butter served before your meal is easily the best I've ever had. SO fresh, and the garlic truffle butter is sooo good.We both had great meals. I had a Striploin stake that was done perfectly, and my Dad had the salmon, which also looked fantastic.Service was spot-on, and even though we weren't in The Forge, the atmosphere in the Tufted Puffin is great, especially after a round of golf.“
“Went here for the first time. Food was really good and the service was friendly and welcoming. We came into town late, and it was nice to see this was only one of a very few places in the Bandon area that is open on Monday's and open later into the evening.“
“Pros: Exactly what we were looking for in what my husband likes to call a "dive bar". It's dark, no loud pop music, pool tables and a few slot machines- and the bartender was nice enough without being overly friendly- if you know what we mean ;)Cons: they don't have a cook right now, so only the frier is available, and why would you do that to the poor bartender? Do go get a drink, enjoy yourself, and maybe recommend a cook to come work here!“
“Best place in Bandon to grab a drink. Cash only so come prepared. Locals spot with the occasional golfing group visiting from Bandon Dunes. Great prices and always a fun environment. Find a caddie from the resort, buy them and couple drinks and pick their brain about the courses. Highest recommendation I can give.“
“Lovely setting on the bay with mediocre food. Stopped in as a large group with my coworkers after doing some work in the area. The fish and chips I ordered were juicy but very limp, not at all crispy. Several other coworkers commented that their food items were subpar. Our waitress could have been friendlier but I understand any impatience she had due to the size of our group.“
“This brewery has great brews and great vibes! Everyone is treated as a regular. Beers are cold, fries are amazing, and the pizza? Smells otherworldly! “Great stop for some unique and truly delicious ciders. We did a flight and ultimately both got the spruce tip cider. You really can’t go wrong though, and they don’t add sugar so it’s purely fruit and fermentation. The bartender had great recommendations as well, so trust their expertise.“
