I am taking the time to write a review because I believe the girl working today deserves it. I observed her working alone and under pressure, but she remained calm and professional. She took her time to make each sandwich right. When another customer ahead of me reminded her to change her gloves, she quickly went to the sink washed her hands, and told the customer she was absolutely right to ask her to do so.
