Large portions. I was satisfied, except that the food was just a bit bland and could have used more flavor/sauce. And the pink color of the sweet and sour sauce was a little strange.

Short sweet and to the point... This place was disgusting. Maybe they were having an off day because the chicken wasn't cooked all the way, and the quality of chicken meat they use is pretty terrible. Just about EVERY piece of chicken had gristle and was just poor quality. The rice was very overcooked and was obviously reheated from the day before. The teriyaki sauce was average at best. I thought it was very salty. I ate about 1/4 of the bento box and tried feeding the leftovers to my dog & he wouldn't eat it either. I don't see myself going back there to give them a 2nd chance, sorry. Two??

Unfortunately the Teriyaki beef bowl was not good. Couldn't swallow one bite. I've hade some of the best around and this was By far the worst. I won't go back . Sorry for the unfortunate review. BTW I didn't feel good the rest of the day. I got mine to go and drove 15 minutes back to my jobsite . One bite.

I lived so close to this place, but it's my boyfriend who discovered it! A little bit of my background: I grew up in Taiwan, eating authentic Chinese food made by my mom, who happens to be a chef. So I don't have the "teriyaki bowl craving" like my bf does. So you can imagine my surprise when he brought me to this restaurant raving about the food. He said it's nothing fancy, but it's a reasonably priced mom-and-pop place that satisfies his teriyaki craving just fine. All I was thinking was: dude do you have a teriyaki radar or something, you don't even live here! Anyways, it's a small restaurant family run restaurant. They were busy taking phone orders and business seems to be good. We ordered a teriyaki beef bowl and a teriyaki chicken & dumplings combo, and it was ready to go in 7 minutes. The food was pretty decent. The beef and chicken were tender and tasty, and there was plenty of vegetables and rice. To my surprise I even liked their dumplings too (I make homemade ones). Overall, I like this little restaurant, and am glad my bf found it. The food was simple and decent, and the price was good. If you want something simple, it'd be a great place to drop by and get some quick food.

This place is amazing! I was visiting Portland and was looking for some good Japanese street food and this place hit the spot! I had the chicken and beef yakisoba and it was full of flavor and tasted delicious! It’s a cute little mom & pop shop that won’t disappoint!

Chicken Terriyaki was bad.. Chicken looks like is a pressed product with matching sear marks on each piece.. sad.. Get some real Chicken! Nice People though

I have been going to this restaurant since I stepped a foot in the state of Oregon, I’m not going to lie but the food here is so bomb!!! My favorite plate is chicken and shrimp teriyaki. Everything in that dish is perfect, just exactly what I get. Recommended!!!!!! PS: don’t judge a plate by its cover, unless you try it!!! You’re welcome!

A very friendly family owned teriyaki spot. The prices are extremely affordable for the portion. The restaurant has improved significantly recently. Not sure if they had an owner change or not. But I enjoy this solid teriyaki spot regularly.Try the spicy chicken or yakisoba.

We eat here all the time. Great food for a good price. Husband & wife company, they are awesome.
I have been coming here for years and I've always had something delicious. My family and I make it a routine to get take out 3-4 times a month and the owners are so sweet. Very accommodating and the portions you get are large for the price. I highly recommend 21 Teriyaki to anyone willing to try something new, they have a little bit of everything!

Americanized Japanese/Asian food run by Korean people. Food is ok, price is a little high for its quality, service is fast. Nothing exceptional, nothing terrible. Portions are large.

The speed in which food is ready is super fast. Food is always fresh and delicious. The recipes are definitely original teriyaki recipes and fantastic. The ginger salad dressing is delicious. I recommend the yakisoba and any of the teriyaki plates !
