I went in for lunch today and I witnessed one of the employees felt the need to mock employees, he also mocked his co workers. It seemed as if he was the “bully” at work. This place needs new management and to get employees you will treat each other better.

Stopped in around 7pm on Friday night. No customers inside or in drive thru.Ordered curly fries they gave me some that had been sitting under the heat lamps for some time. They were cool and hard. Ordered fries and they were pre-made and they scooped them into the packaging and were cold and hard. Sandwiches were made fresh and goodThe person I gave my order to was the assit manager and couldn't get my order right after 3 times explaining I wanted a plain bun on the beef and cheddar not an onion bun. We both speak plain English so there's no language problem. Atmosphere felt like they were closed and I was bothering them.

They are always friendly, clean, and really quick service without any expense to the quality of the food they serveParking: I really enjoy this restaurant. The people who work here are amazing and always do what they can to meet the needs of their customers. One thing that is incorrect about their hours, though, is that the lobby is closed at 10 p.m. and their drive thru is open till 11 p.m. (i believe that the hours on here are backward) if you are going to have an online pickup order, make sure to get there before 10 p.m. before their lobby closes because it is against state regulations for them to serve walk-up guests at the drive thru. Although when I made this mistake, they were nice enough to figure out how to accommodate me anyway. I really appreciate this establishment they are awesome!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work, guys

The young woman that helped me in the drive through was extremely nice. My custom orders for my sandwiches were followed perfectly.Wheelchair accessibility: From my observations as an ambulatory person, it appears. This location is entirely wheelchair accessible.
Really good service and staff the mozzarella sticks were the best I have ever had at an Arby's. So cheesy and so stringy. This staff cares and really is passionate. This staff has SUPER SERVICE Laurita is who was working the front counter and she was extremely friendly, extemely awesome and she really set a great tone and really radiates with joy! As someone who worked in food service for years thanks alot! You guys are awesome!

The lady upfront was incredibly nice, the food was good and came out fast, but this guy who looked to be wearing a managers uniform was unnecessarily loud and complaining about everything that came in.
