Been awhile since I've been to BF. The food was delicious, I had salad with chicken. Friends had burrito and quesadilla. Looked great. Salsa bar to dip free chips into. I put hot salsa on my salad.

I order online, the food is ready when I pick up, is accurate and tastes good. Service is friendly. Price has gone up and is becoming prohibitive, but that’s everywhere.

I don't normally frequent this fast food business. I was reminded why today: 1 chicken quesadilla 1 burrito bowl (overwhelmed with onions and peppers) Side of chips 2 large drinks Total Price: $40.75!!! We should have gone to Taco Bell! To be fair, food at Baja Fresh was good. It was a clean and orderly establishment. I frankly felt a bit foolish paying so much for this Mexican style fast food. I am elderly and forgetful at times. Will probably be back next year and be shocked again. Will write another review then.

I've tried this Baja Fresh 3 times; every time it was extremely disappointing. The food is bland and unappetizing. The attitude of the manager/counter guy is not only discourteous, but simply rude and unprofessional. It's clear he regards customers as a burden & nuisance, and shows his negative attitude blatantly. I asked for my Baja Bowl to be prepared without raw onions (due to some allergy), then when I opened it at home it did contain a bunch of raw onions! Therefore if you really crave for their food, please go to ANOTHER branch.

Realized I never updated this. The manager of the store emailed me within a few weeks of this incident with apologies. They promised some gift cards to be mailed to me so I provided my mailing address. Did I receive anything? Nope. I remember I sent an email about 2 months later asking if anything had been sent. I never heard anything back. I have not visited this location again and never will. They suck. I'll stick to the one in Hillsboro.. Thanks.

I do not recommend this place, for one simple reason, for a business to work well you must have a friendly work environment and the person in charge of this place named Roxana is not interested at all. She was treating us badly, they said something to her and she looked defiantly at everyone and she treated us very badly and yelled at the kitchen staff. If there is something I hate, it is people who mistreat their work team. I feel very sorry for the people who work under that lady.

Forgot the dressing for my salad and didn't bother pulling condiments. Why even have the option to choose condiments during online ordering process? And I gave them a tip too! No more tips!

Unfortunately this location has jumped the shark. I've been going here for almost 10 years, it was great before covid, barely passing right after, and now just terrible. The person at the register looked suspiciously at the Baja Fresh coupon I got in the mail, as if it was fraudulent. Then reluctantly rang it in. The burrito was dry, chicken was tough and gristly, tortilla gummy and almost translucent, there was too much rice and it was bland, the black beans were dried out too. Green sauce watery. Mango salsa was missing. chips way too salty. The meal was worse than taco bell and less fresh, if you can believe it. Bye Bye Baja Fresh.

Food is top notch. If you're willing to deal with their employees to get it. I've eaten here perhaps a dozen times, both in person, pickup, and delivery - and I can honestly say I've had customer service issues about 80% of the time. Not a deal breaker except the employees and management team refuse to accept an ounce of accountability. Whether it's forgetting double meat, forgetting an item, being late with having food ready. They don't always make things right but they do always refuse to accept responsibility and rarely offer to make it right. Good food if you're willing to deal with the bs.

It is the worst experience I have had in a low flesh the taste of the food is non-existent ..... I do not recommend it!!!One feels bad about wasting money in a restaurant where the food tastes pathetic

I would say it's average, I like it better than Chipotle or QDoba. But we like our hole in the wall, family owned Mexican places lots better. ( Don Chilito, Don Asado, Taco del Sol, Mexicali Express, Ochoa, La Parilla Kitchen). Kid got a big salad with chicken and added guac. Said it was just a salad nothing special. Also had street corn ( available for a limited time), the child loved that and would get it again 9/10. Minion #3 was over to help us move boxes around and had a big chicken burrito with chips and guac. He said it was ok (but not as good as Mexicali Express). My steak quesadilla had a lot of melty cheese, that was good, nice steak, guac, and sour cream. It was good. I liked the cheesiness. My rice was bland and I didn't finish it or save it for later. The salsas were alright. The chips were thin and crisp but not special. Door dash delivered and it was expensive. Might do it again in a pinch but it was pretty generic tbh.

Chicken Burrito Ultimo or Chicken Baja Ensalada— always hit the spot.

Had the Shrimp bowl and it was delicious! Was actually surprised at how good the shrimp were. Every one of them big, phat, and juicy.

We came in late for dine-in Dec 27 '22. I ordered a poblano burrito with chicken. It was fat and also full of delicious juicy peppers and onions and very generous amount of sliced ripe avocado. I definitely didn't leave hungry. The salsa bar also had a lot of variety making the food way higher quality than you'd expect. The staff was very obliging and hard working also. I'd go back.
