What I believe was the Manager was highly unprofessional, he also wasn’t great with customer service. He was yelling profanity because a driver grabbed the wrong order and then proceeded to walk around to other employees and talk negative. The front door has a sign that states they are hiring people who are positive and team players. It’s interesting to see that request from a company whose leadership doesn’t promote that type of culture or atmosphere. Very disappointed and unluckily I will return as a customer.

The food was awesome but the lady that was working had a poor attitude and made the visit feel uncountable and I will not be returning to this location. Her attitude sucked so bad and she got my order wrong. My order was wrong and I didn’t feel like upsetting her anymore so I didn’t say anything about the order being wrong.

I always like Bellagio's pesto cheese sticks, baked like round pizza and cut into small bite sized pieces. They are like very tempting snacks to share with friends on a TV watching. No guilt of eating big slices.Vegetarian options: There are few vegetarian options

I placed a large catering order last Friday for a lunch and learn presentation, and I called again this morning to confirm the details of the order. The delivery was scheduled for 12:30 p.m., and when 12:45 rolled around, I called again to check. They said the delivery driver was on their way. At 1:20 I called again and found out that they scheduled my order for 4:45. This was the same person I spoke with in the morning who confirmed my order. As a result, 50 people who went without lunch today. Absolutely unacceptable.

Best margherita pizza I’ve ever had so far! Delicious soft dough, fresh tomatoes and basil ? The cinnamon sticks were fantastic as well. Ditch that papa johns and give Bellagios a try. You wont regret it!!

The atmosphere isn't anything special. It's nice to be able to see your food being made, and the tables and chairs are fine, but nothing dazzling and being so close to Cornell it doesn't lend itself well to date night... You're not here for the ambiance, though... No, the food is the star. The pizza is amazing with truly some of the best vegetarian options around, and I'm not even vegetarian. The garlic chicken pizza is fantastic. The butcher block... Maybe this isn't a spot to have date night, but if date night is at home then this is a great idea to pick up for dinner.Vegetarian options: There are three or four specifically vegetarian specialty pizzas and they're all great. The toppings all make sense, too... Not like some of those places that say they have a vegetarian pizza option and it's got broccoli and cucumbers on it... No the vegetarian options are genuinely good.
This is mostly a delivery/pick up spot but its the Best tasting pizza in the area. Ingredients are always fresh and cooked to perfection.
