Delicious! This food truck came as part of a weekly program hosted by my apartment complex, and I was excited to finally try birria. I got the queso birria (#6), which came with 3 tacos and consomme. The meat was incredibly tender and the queso was perfectly melty and stretchy. The grilled onions were a good accompaniment, and both the red and green sauces had good flavor - with the red having a pretty good kick. The tacos had two layers of corn tortillas, so I separated them and dipped the outer tortillas into the comsomme. Yum! Looking forward to their next visit - the pizza birria is on my list!

Probably the worst birria tacos I've ever had. They didn't even cook the tortillas in the consomé... The only redeeming quality was that their rice was decent, but I'd never go back.

They showed up outside my apartment today while I was goin to get food so decided to give them a try instead and it was worth it ! some of the best birria con consome I’ve had. would def go back again the prices are alittle high but worth it to support a local truck !

This food truck is absolutely amazing. The pizza they serve is like a full medium sized pizza! The quesadillas come with beans and rice and the option of your meat of choice in them. Hands down the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. If you see this food truck, do not pass it up!

For our company picnic we had planned to grill burgers and hot dogs at Oxbow park and one week prior learned of the burn ban in the county. Our guest count was 55 people and we needed something delicious and some place willing to help on such short notice. Jose was excellent to communicate with and came out to Oxbow and fed our crowd generously - everyone loved his food! So flavorful, the meats - juicy and tender and the birrieria consume was authentic. So delicious. Portions are more than generous and reasonably priced. If you need a food truck Birrieria Don Pepe is the best!

This food truck was part of OHSU's Suburban Events this week as a new vendor and I'll stick with my usual amazing birriera food truck in Fairview... They skimped on the cilantro/onions - by skimp, I mean there were none in some of the tacos. The customer service was lacking as well. He gave 5 people's orders to them before me who ordered after I did, and some had the exact same thing I ordered... When I asked, he just said my order isn't ready yet, no apologies or anything. Frustrating. I should've just canceled my order, not worth it and regret tipping since service was poor. Won't be back.
This food truck is amazing! The quesatacos de birria are delicious. And their salsas are spot on. One of the best tacos I've ever had! Plus their prices are super reasonable and portions are generous.
