I bought a custom cake for my son's 13th birthday. Firstly, when I went in, the woman was uninviting and had a very sturn, and irritated look on her face. Immediately, she told me she would not do the frosting color I wanted (she said that if she did, it wouldtaste bad). She then told me I could not have rainbow marble cake on the inside (which is a pretty easy thing to create with some food coloring in the batter). So, basically everything I wanted in a cake, I couldn't have. However, I'm not firmiliar with the custom bakeries in the area, as I just moved here, so I bought, what I would call "her version" of what I wanted. When it was checkout time, I felt that the cake was extremely over priced for such a simple cake. I just got a small round cake with frosting "paint splatter". I made the mistake of not walking out then. They also are not open on Sundays (which was when my son's party was), so I had to travel out to pick up the cake a day early. When I got the cake home, I noticed the imperfections. There were several bubbles in the cake frosting, mostly in the corners. It didn't seem to be properly smoothed. When the party came, I thought surely it would taste good, as it was sooo expensive. I was wrong. No one, and I mean NO ONE finished their cake. The cake was dry and gross. The filling had no flavor. It was, honestly, a complete disappointment! I felt like I let my son down on such an important birthday. I chose a good angle for the photo. I am going to choose somewhere else next time.Parking: It is located at a mall. It is very busy and a bit of a walk to the front door, in comparison to other bakeries.

They did an amazing job on my wife's custom cake, the cake was moist and delicious. A 8 inch round can feed easily 12 people.Parking: It's located in a busy shopping center so be prepared to find parking.

Cupcakes were amazing and the hit of our company event. Everyone loved the cupcakes, which were delicious! My only concern with picking them up from the bakery was that there was no designated parking for pickup. The bakery was kind enough to loan me their cart to take my order to my car. Since it's a holiday season I had to park a distance away from the store.

Way too pricy for the quality of the cake. Ordered a custom design birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday. The design turned out okay but the quality of the cake was not good. Not even close to the ready-made ones you can get from a supermarket. Definitely overpaid.

We had a small wedding cake and cupcakes for guests made by Cake It. They all came out even better then I dreamed! Not only was the cake decorating done exactly how I asked, but the flavor and texture was incredible. Honestly I'm not a big cake person, that's why I love carrot cake because it's moist and doesn't feel heavy. That's what they did for the wedding cake. Frosty delicious also not overly sweet. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much!

This is the BEST bakery. We have used them at least 3 times. The cake is delicious and all my guests always rave about it. They do beautiful work and copy what you want. They always give me exactly what I ask for. It's incredible.
The cake is not at all tasty. The outer cream is soo heavy and sweet just can’t even eat small quantity. I mentioned at the time of placing the order to put minimum cream for icing and to keep more of bread part but it was just opposite. Had a lot of expectations as it was for my husband’s birthday.It just spoiled the occasion. ?Not at all worth the charge.

I wish I had better photos of both of these, but stunning cakes! These were for my daughter’s 1st and 2nd birthday parties. We got cupcakes too! Everything was a huge hit and the cakes turned out exactly as requested. We are definitely going to be back year after year!

Ordered a birthday cake. The cake was well-decorated. The filling between the layers was scant. The cake tasted like good boxed cake mix and the frosting like good canned frosting. It wasn't bad exactly but for an actual cake shop it was really disappointing. I'd put the quality/taste right in the middle between Costco sheet cakes and Whole Foods. Truly mystified by all the 5 star reviews.
