Came in and asked them to build a burrito they suggested and did really good in building it! Excellent customer service! Excellent team work! Not sure of the lady’s name that did it but she said it was chipotle as a whole so props to the whole team!

They have a robot phone system that won’t let you talk to a person no matter what you do. Don’t even bother calling them. They are always understaffed and they food is subpar.

I love Chipotle but the Cedar Hills location is regularly a hit or miss.Several times they’ve missed items in my online order (enough times that I check every time so I don’t have to come back).They also seem to be short staffed at least half the time I go in. And they mix up leaving online orders on the shelf and behind the counter, so you never know where to find your order.Parking: Lots of spots and if the ones in front are full there’s a lot in the back.

I was excited to stop and pick up a veggies bowl on my way home from work... it was only 5:00pm... they had no sautéed veggies - peppers/ onions... forMy veggie bowl. Very disappointed.

Worst pickup experience ever. Got completely ignored when asking if they had any idea when it would be ready. The front counter staff just blew me off entirely. Do not eat here. The cherry on top was apparently the food was ready and he just didn't bother to put the food on the mobile order pickup rack like 6 inches away.

chipotle cedar hills blvd. asked for a burrito which is almost $9 and added extra portion of carne asada. when I went to pay for the order they charged me $15, I asked why and they said the extra of carne asada (not even 2oz of meat by the way) is $6, what? are you fk me? The whole burrito is $9 for Christ sake! what a rip off!

visited today for a little pick me up and it was so sad in there. Ordered a bowl and most of it was fine then the worker gave me the saddest scoop of guacamole after informing me that it cost extra than i told her a little more if i was paying extra she gave me another sad scoop than charged me extra extra #stopbeingstingy & they didn't even have any hot .

They almost always get the order right, and the food is good. However, the employees are incompetent most of the time. Today I had the joy of standing next to the online order shelf for about twenty minutes (after saying I was waiting for an order) before finding out they had it behind the counter the whole time?Last time they made my hard (corn) shell taco order with soft (wheat) tortillas, without even considering whether maybe the person ordering has an intolerance.Just. Be specific here if you want to get your order right, and check your food before you leave to make sure it's right ig.

Second consecutive time I've ordered a salad and found out that they're out of dressing after I've paid!!! The last time was at a different location. They did not seem to care, which is not good customer service--at least try to do SOMETHING like "try some guac instead" or "how about some lime juice" instead of "sorry, our blender is broken". Most of the tables were also dirty, so atmosphere wasn't as pleasant as I would have hoped. Family seemed to have felt that we should have gone elsewhere. ?

Started coming here half a year ago and would order take out once a week and the food and service used to be great but as time passed, the service would be increasingly less friendly or welcoming. Not only that, their food quality is pretty inconsistent. I usually get fajitas or guac on my order, but most of the time their fajitas are burnt and colorless and the guac looks grey, so i usually check to see if i should get it or not.This visit is my last as the service was poorer than usual. A friend was asked if he wanted something else, which he responded yes and the cashier gave a sigh in response and was impatient, even though there was a few people. The worst part of today was the food, the chicken and steak tasted burnt these last couple visits and half of the rice of today was still hard. I feel there is no incentive coming to this location if im gonna be dissapointed every visit.If you're ordering from here, i suggest ordering take out so you can look at the quality of the ingredients before ordering. In my personal opinion its worth going to another location nearby as the quality and service has been far better. This just seems to be the odd one :/
