First time at this chucky cheese the lady at the counter was very nice. The pizza was delicious but the games were very expensive so we purchased time because the lady told us it would be a better deal. But didn’t say we had to pause the time we waited for food and ate by the time it was game time literally the time was up my kids played for about 10min because that was all that was left. Very disappointed and probably won’t be back again. Mind me I spent about 150.00 with food and games. ??♀️

A friend told me, “Chuck E Cheese” has amazing cheese bread…it’s a must try! Following my friend's recommendation, excitedly ordered one cheese bread online. The 15 minute wait period finally comes and I make my way through the front door. I ask the girl standing behind the cash register, “is this where you pick up pizza orders?” The girl looks at me with a blank stare and repeats what I said. I kindly replied, “yes, exactly, I want to pick up my order” she continues to look at me again and repeats,”pick up your order?” This goes on 2 more times…I quickly realize, the girl with “Leah” on her name tag, clearly cannot understand basic questions. I turn and go to a man, who happens to be the manager. I ask him the same question, and he tells me to go to the counter and say, “I am here to pick up an online order.” I follow his instructions exactly and say to an even more confused and delusional girl “Tyler,” “hi, I am here to pick up an online order”… you are not going to believe it but the same unbelievable blank stare, completely BRAIN dead, Tyler says, huh duh huh what? Pick up a what? My “online order, that I entered now over 20 mins ago. She again asks, “huh pick up a what?” Seriously guys how hard is it to SIMPLY Take care of an online order? Do you care about your customers? Then for the next few minutes Leah and Tyler the most incompetent, lazy, pathetic waste of human air stood behind the counter (not helping anyone) instead standing staring while they are talking about me (and I am hearing every word they say! They could have been picking up the garbage that illuminated on the restaurant’s FILTHY floor. VERY DIRTY that should have been my sign to walk out and ask for a refund. I WILL NEVER RETURN to this location, and will TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO AS WELL! (Tyler and Leah need EXTENSIVE TRAINING, they should not work with the public, and should be required to have basic 3 grade competency level to handle customers. Worst customer experience I have EVER had. This is a nasty place! Btw the cheese bread was gross ? ? DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! THEY ARE NOT SAFE IN THIS ENVIRONMENT!! The worst customer service!

It's been over a decade since being here. Came today for nephews bday party and had a great time. Pizza is vastly improved and the stuffed crust was on point. Unlimited arcade cards for 2 hours and they have a wrist strap so the kids don't lose them. I do miss the old ball pit and tunnels and animatronics, but that could be nostalgia talking. Overall good time for the younger kids.

Had my daughter’s 6th birthday party there. I planed it last min and it turned out amazing. The host Indya was amazing. If I do another birthday there I will ask if Indya is still a host to be able to help us.

I don't like that the fee to play is based on time, not on a number of games or a cost per game. If your kid runs around playing, talking, exploring, that game time ticking away disappears very fast!Also, the cheese pizza was so hot it burned my lips and tongue...so it's a good thing I took a bite before my 5yo grandson did! (He would've screamed bloody murder, and his parents would likely sue the place.)

It is a closed, good and enjoyable place. The service is good and the cleanliness is also good. You can be safe for your children in this place.
I miss the old-school 90s Chuck E Cheese with the dark arcades, play palaces, mouse doors and the supposed pleague-bearing ball pits. That being said, we took our daughter here for her 5th birthday and I was shocked how much fun I actually had. Staff was super friendly and environment was quite clean. Didn't eat there, but I know the pizza's not too bad and the salad bar at this branch looked quite appetizing. Really love the structure of being able to buy unlimited games for a set amount of time. I'm horrible at the clas game so that helped immensely.

Our first time visiting and we had a great time. My 5yo enjoyed himself and liked the games. There were a few games that were out of service but still plenty others to choose from. It was not too crowded even though it was a Saturday! We had a pepperoni/Hawaiian pizza & it was good. Bathrooms were clean, the only thing I would say is the baby changing station is at an awkward place blocking incoming people from going into the bathroom. Also people walking in the hall could easily see baby being changed & I do not appreciate that. Other than that we really enjoyed our family time here & we got to see Chuck E Cheese mascot a couple times while we were there. He always drew a crowd but focused more in the reservation areas.

It was pretty bad. Haven't been there in years and seemed like not much has changed. Place felt very outdated. TV screens where the Birthday party show was being displayed was old. It's like the old style flat screen. Resolution was horrible. Pizza was dry and hard like cardboard. Did not taste good at all. Very disappointed. Only reason for a 2 STAR review was the fact that the kiddos all had fun, family was able to come and celebrate a special occasion. However, overall it was a very disappointing experience.
