Very disappointing. This Crumbl hours closes early without updating their online hours or their app. They also have no way to verify if they are open through their app so you just have to cross your fingers that they’re open if you want to go here during their “Open Hours.” We drove quite far to get here and I couldn’t be more disappointed in this store. 1/10
Overall pretty good but expensive. First off, beware: these are BIG heavy cookies. A lot of food, which might explain why they’re $5 each. The chocolate chip is good but very sweet and no savory or butter flavor. All the others were similar - very sweet but not much complexity. There was a trial flavor - chocolate shake. The icing was very interesting and simulated a shake fairly accurately! But the cookie was just plain chocolate. So for the price it’s underwhelming unless you are just looking at quantity. Objectively, the cookies are good and fancier than most. So I’d give them 3-4 stars. If I could go back I would’ve just bought one or maybe two instead of a whole four pack. No way we’ll eat all four of them!
