This restaurant is so cheap. Not sure if it’s the manager but someone named Hannah was being petty about sauces. Her voice was completely gone which seems like due to sickness. This place needs to be sued for making sick people work cuz it spreads disease. I saw her making blizzards while taking orders. No need for explanation but you can imagine her spitting the disease into the food. I’ve been here before and the manager Tera is never available. The store seems like an unsupervised kid. The RGM IS never available. She wasn’t wearing a mask and still made blizzard and handed out food. The RGM when asked is nowhere to be found. This store needs better management. While waiting I also noticed they don’t care about allergens since they use the same rag and drive thru people handle food without washing hands. It’s clear these people don’t follow sanitary guidelines. These are the same people who make soft serve cones without a glove. Being a business owner they will try and defend but nothing justifies handling money and making blizzards at the same time. If you don’t believe me, then try seeing the flow of work at Dairy Queen, the people who bag your French fries will never wear a glove. I have no idea how these people pass the health code. Given how petty these people are, it’s high time people neeed to stop eating here. They’re quick to ask money for water cups but don’t care the multiple hands that touch our fries.

When I went in it was really. I had ordered my food on the app ahead of time. It took works a little bit before asking if I have been helped or even acknowledging me. My food was cold and hard. They kept the ranch under the heat lamp and it was thick and foamy and spilled out over the side when I open them up and was just disgusting. Not even 10 mins after getting my food my blizzard was melted. Bad service tonight staff needs a refresher in food handling and customer service.

The worst service at takeout ever! These people take ten years to give you one fudge Sunday. They have zero fudge on it and are laughing and stuffing things in their pockets. Very shady. They are rude and will not see me at a Dairy Queen ever again

Very nice staff; helpful, patient and genuinely friendly. Our chicken was firm and moist with breading that was well seasoned and crisp. The whole restaurant was clean and our order was made fresh, without a long wait.

The food was great both on the menu, at home, and also placing a food order from the menu options and asking for additional advice about the Bacon Burger Options.Parking: I stopped by Dairy Queen for Take-out Dinner at home on foot and by bicycle rides while I was doing my errands. An accident took place in the parking lot at the driveway entrance after I picked up a Take-out Dinner on my bicycle rides on my way home from the Grocery Store within the last month. No serious injuries and damages done to me and my personal belongings including my groceries and my bicycle on September 21, 2023 in the afternoon/evening. Yet Car Insurance and Health Insurance and Medical Expenses are still costly even for a single Chiropractic Appointment even before a pickup truck hit me and my bicycle on September 21, 2023. I'm still alive that's what I'm most grateful for today even about posting my review onto my App Stores and my App Accounts even about my experience at Dairy Queen. It also brings up more awareness of all forms of traffic methods and transportation methods and the "right away" to pedestrians and bicyclists. Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen. One of the things I like about it is it's predictability. Consistent quality and portion size wherever you go. In this wa chocolate chocolate sundae. Just what I needed.
