The chicken was okay. Thought it was gonna be spicy, ended up being pretty mild. Ordered cheese fries. They were small and kinda lame. The fries that came with the meal had a weird seasoning that personally was too salty. The building was nice and clean. The workers were very friendly. Not gonna go back, but I'm not mad that I tried it.

Chicken is great, but unfortunately Dave’s Hot Chicken hates their customers/doesn’t believe in good customer service. I called to put in a pickup order. The employee told me they don’t take orders over the phone. He said I had to order online. I went online and there is “additional fees” for pickup orders (see pic).I told this to employee, but he was still too lazy to just take my order. If DHC actually cared about the customer, they would take a call in order. How hard is it? Not any harder than if I was ordering in person. This display of laziness shows DHC does not care about their customers. I was looking forward to DHC all day. Huge let down.
New favorite chicken sandwich. Great quality for the price! Far better than Chick-fil-A!

If I can give a lower rating I would the chicken was extremely small and when I went up to the counter to show them she said it’s supposed to be 4 inches when it wasn’t it’s sad because this place used to be my favorite spot.

By far the crunchiest, most flavorful spicy chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. I chose hot but next time I’m going to try the extra hot. The pickles are fantastic and compliment it perfectly. Definitely a new favorite.
