Delivery driver in white car threatened to hit me with his car leaving this establishment and proceeded to cus me out. I didn’t even know what he was on about because I was just walking to my car. He was upset over nothing, he started to back up when I was already past his car, was confronted over some imaginary issue in his head. Really should drug test your people.I used to order from ya’ll but I’ll just make my own pizza then deal with a threatening individual.

Got this loaded torts today. Not sure if it normally looks like this. Most part burnt cheese. I normally do not get Domino's but have guests from out of town. Looks like Domino's pizza is still a favorable choice among kids.

We did get our order quickly, and the delivery driver, I think her name was Trish, sorry if I’m wrong, was very kind. But I ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce because my child is allergic to the red sauce. And I immediately called the store when I seen the pizza had red sauce on it. I am still unable to get anyone to answer the phone. I know places get busy sometimes, but if I would have let my kid get to the pizza before I did we would be having a much different conversation considering I would be calling an ambulance instead of dominoes. I hate leaving negative reviews but i did what I could to contact someone at the store first.

Ordered from App which did not have an option to add notes. First Red flag. So was trying to call the store for 1 hour and no one picked up, when asked why "there is a reason we do not pick up calls" then why do you have a phone number attached when you are not gonna pick up Second Red flag.On reaching was told - Cannot re make a pizza "just" for doing a clean cut. These folks need to be trained in customer service especially Jolene. There is a reason for ordering vegetarian pizza to avoid any meat!!! Having it not clean cut defeats the purpose.

Additionally, upon receiving my pizza, I discovered a hair in it, which was quite disappointing.While I understand that wearing gloves may not be a requirement, I would like to suggest that your employees consider wearing something on their heads to prevent hair from falling into the food. This simple precaution could greatly improve hygiene standards and enhance the overall dining experience for your customers.I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that you will take them into consideration to ensure a more satisfactory experience for all patrons in the future.

Their website say they deliver within 5 miles but in practice they are not delivering to even Arbor Oaks neighborhood less than 4 miles away.

I have to say hands down awesome service!! Whenever they are late or pizza is not right they immediately help you!! Great pizza super hot fresh always our favorite location!! Large pepperoni half cheese with no garlic butter thank you!!!!Todays pizza! January, 27th the pizza was very very thin and the dough was off we ordered hand tossed it came out thinner then the Brooklyn style or think crust…. I took pictures

I ordered off the app for my free pizza, couldn't get it, and the coupons didn't work either. Had to pay full price. Told delivery driver about the app and phone issues. I might as well quit ordering from dominos and stop buying as it's too expensive otherwise.
