For a food cart, their food fricken slaps. I got the pad see ew, boyfriend got the pumpkin curry and we shared the crab puffs. I asked for it spicy and they came through with spice and flavor. The noodles also held up well just wish it was more charred. Also the portions are huge Will probably get at least 1-2 more meals out of it.Overall I highly recommend checking out this cart.

This is a food cart in Beaverton. Food was decent. I had the Pad see ew, which was tasty but could have had a bit more sauce. It still had good flavor though. I had the egg rolls/spring rolls, but they were trash. Not super crispy and filled with overcooked cabbage. The worst I’ve had so far in Oregon. So skip those. Fast service and nice people.

I got a Pad Keemao pork with medium spicy. The noodle is 12 and the Thai ice tea is 3. The ice tea tastes great and it seems to be such a deal. The box for the noodle is also slightly deeper than other to-go boxes I’ve had. So the portion is decently large. I liked the taste, the flavor was not too strong or greasy. Will go back when I am in the area!

Ordered pad Thai through Uber eats and the noodles were greasy with the smallest hint of pad Thai flavoring. No peanuts, no lime, no garnishing. It was so disappointing. Then on top of it, the restaurant adjusted my total and charged me more money for no listed or apparent reason. I didn't make any special requests, no comments, no add-in's, just what was listed on the menu. Super frustrating.

I was craving Thai Ice Tea. Since the menu images looked so amazing I went all out and got the Mango Sticky Rice. Pumpkin Curry level spice 0-1. fresh salad roll with yummy peanut sauce. And The Delicious Thai Ice Tea. I filled my water bottle with 2 orders of the Thai Ice Tea for a road trip to California. Best Thai Food in OREGON. I became so obsessed with mango sticky rice and the Thai Ice Tea that I have started making it at home from Recipes I found on YouTube and ordering the exact same ingredients from Amazon and Asian Markets that the Restaurant uses. I still order the Curry and Fresh Rolls once a week and will continue to do so Rain Snow and Sunshine seasons all year round. I'm ADDICTED! They make the best comfort food and the flavor can not be beat anywhere else.

Disappointed with their Hillsboro cart station Food was badly burnt (pad Thai and pad see ew) Egg roll hot outside but still frozen inside Took 45 mins to get thai tea.
I have a weakness for yellow curry and this is the best place I've found so far in the Beaverton area. The price is reasonable and the portion is huge. I always get two meals out of a single order so the price is very good for two portions. The taste is much better than average and I like how they make it.Just check their hours before you go. And maybe even call. I've gone to the carts when I thought they would be closed and they were open.

So much food to choose from! Our son told us that we had to visit the food trucks in Oregon and they did not disappoint. Weather was beautiful and our meals were great. Very good experience.

Love this food cart at BG Cartel in Beaverton. I always order the Eggplant stir fry extra spicy ( they definitely will make it spicy). I've gotten fried egg rolls, pad thai and curry dishes here too. All dishes are good! Service is always great (the husband takes the order and I think his wife cooks). The ambiance is BG Cartel's, good location and nice place to bring your family and friends to hang out.
