I love this concept, sort of like a MOD Pizza, or a subway... Except for salads. go down the line I'm picking and choose what you want in your salad and they make it your way. They also have a selection of ready-made salads that they have perfected the ingredients of.everything was fresh and delicious, I would say it's pricey... But it's 2023 and everything is priced at a premium.
We ordered from Evergreens through Door Dash one night before my kid's surgery when I was trying to bump up our nutrition. My child had an enormous $21 salad that I did not get a picture of, it had everything but the kitchen sink in it and apparently it was alright. Kid used our home dressing because the Evergreen dressing was "weird".
