Orders have been consistenly wrong when ordering from both the firehouse subs app and doordash. It has happened a lot lately and I hope the store will do better! When ordering two sandwiches…. Different bread choices are often mixed up. Meats are mixed up. Ingredients not removed, etc. My family has always been a fan of firehouse but we will no longer continue paying for sandwiches with wrong ingredients. Again, this has happened multiple times.

My wife and I ordered on the app 3 sandwiches. We got two large smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket we also got a medium chicken Parmesan meatball. There was no barbecue sauce on the brisket and no cheese. We’ve been there before many times but we have seen how the quality has declined. Tonight is the last time we go there. We were very disappointed with the food. We spend about $50. And we drove about 15 minutes just to get there and I regret it when I got home and I saw the sandwich was horrible. Plus it’s Friday night and the place is empty. I wonder why.

First off, I walked out of there with 45 minutes wasted waiting for a small sandwich with a cup of soup. The cup of soup was halfway empty and the order of the sandwich was wrong. I waited 45 minutes for nothing just to get a refund that I was having a hard time getting back People behind me. We’re getting their food before me that order three for sandwiches. I am not happy with their customer service at all.
