So glad I found Hue! I am not Vegan but LOVE there different smoothie options. You can see from the window the real ingredients that go into there drinks. My boyfriend had the ginger shot and it really helped his stomach. I frequent this place as a destination cart. The staff are super friendly and always willing to explain things.

Great food, excellent service. Had a yummy rainbow bowl that was full of lots of flavor. Definitely recommend for vegans and everyone else alike!

I absolutely love their Mac and cheese and BBQ jackfruit sandwich. Their smoothies and breakfast food are so bomb too! I crave it at least once a week. There is one girl that works here that I think is the owner that is so incredibly nice and is always super sweet to me. I have to say that today I came at 11 to order the Mac and cheese (one of the few things on the lunch menu) and another lady that worked there seemed annoyed and told me that the Mac and cheese wouldn't be ready for "a while" I politely asked for a time frame and she rudely said "I don't know a while." Her tone kinda hurt my feelings and just made me want to just completely get lunch somewhere else which is sad because I have been looking forward to Hues all week. All in all, I love the food here and do recommend, but one of the ladies customer service I feel like is lacking and in result made me go somewhere else for lunch.

Great food and service! Food so good it keeps this non-vegan coming back for more each time!

Not a fan of the oversteeped Chai tea or the lukewarm service. While it had some nice spices, the Chai tea was really acrid. After a few sips, I threw away the cup. I'm from India and this is NOT Chai tea. Oversteeped Chai team topped with sour attitude and frowning lady at the cart - $4 wasted.

I got the Mac and cheese as well as the bbq jackfruit sandwich. I really liked the Mac and cheese. It's basic but has some spices. It's very comforting and nice!! I would definitely get that again and again. The bbq jackfruit sandwich on the other hand was kinda too sweet for me. It was still very fresh but just personal taste I guess.

Croissant Breakfast sandwich with avocado and tempeh was the best I've had yet... even the ones with meat! It's wasn't clear if Just Egg is real egg or egg substitute but for me it doesn't matter but someone who is a vegan might be confused by the brand Just Egg. The breakfast sandwich wasn't on the menu but it definitely should be and with a picture of how delicious it is too.I also don't really like having to add on a bunch of items to my sandwich when imo it should be a set item, set price. Overall, I spent $14.00 which included the breakfast sandwich: croissant, fresh tomato, spinach, house aioli, add avocado, add grilled tempeh and a 2oz Anti-inflammatory Shot (turmeric, ginger, and more). My first impression could have been better, especially since they don't serve sandwiches before 11am. It's a little inflexible and not the best business for a small food cart to refuse to make something when they have a limited menu, especially when it's a mere 15-20 minutes early. I almost went somewhere else when she suggested a breakfast sandwich but also mentioned they don't have it on the menu. Why isn't it on the menu? It's so good!! I'm glad they suggested it but again, lots to improve on the menu communication and the vibe. But keep doing what you're doing with the food. ?

I have passed by Hue far too many times. I had been curious and finally got a chance and a hankering for some healthy food. They did NOT disappoint. I ordered the Rainbow Roll and got some Lemon Bliss balls as a treat. Wow. The flavor was on point. Fresh and flavorful is my jam when it comes to food. Hue hits the mark. The Rainbow bowl has beans, rice, salsa, avocado and sauce as well as some plantains. Yum! The Lemon Bliss balls were exactly that. BLISS. I like sweet but natural sweetness. These are date sweet with lemon flavor and some light coconut. Delicious!!!

There isn't a ton of vegan places in the metro area but this place. WOW! I first went with some friends and we got the pulled "pork" sandwich, didn't even look vegan! The flavor was immaculate! Came with carrots and hummus too, absolutely delicious! I went another time and tried the mac and "cheese" and wow. I haven't been able to eat real mac and cheese in awhile and this tasted so nostalgic. Soooo incredibly creamy and delicious! Highly highly recommend!

I go to both Beaverton and Aloha locations and it's always consistent and the food is always delicious. I work all over town and so I always find myself at Hue whenever I'm close. My go to is the Veggie sandwich ( sooo good ) but the Mac and Cheese and the pulled pork are both just as good. I'd be lying if I said I've tried everything in the menu but everything always looks so good when I see other people's orders. Anyway, definitely give it a shot...you won't be disappointed..

What a great find in the BG cartel pod. The cart itself is cute, the menu is well-rounded with plenty of choices without being overwhelming. For real, the best vegan mac & cheese (creamy and flavorful) I've had and included a side of broccoli. The pink velvet superfood (beetjuice) latte was delicious w/ just the right amount of sweetness. I can't wait to try more from this cart.

Tried this noodle salad special and it was amazing! Hope it makes the regular menu.

With the warm weather I ordered the summer special watermelon juice with lime and mint as well as a berry blessed smoothie for my sister.Menu items are listed as well as a couple handheld menus on the top counter with more detail of ingredients. Order came out promptly as there was only one person working and busy. She greeted everyone as we were off to the side after our order taken. Also, answered questions as we asked what camu camu (it's a small berry) was in the smoothie and she thanked everyone for their patience as a line was forming. As our order name was called, our drinks didn't have lids but we didn't mind as it would be wasting more plastic and we were leaving the area anyway. The watermelon juice was very refreshing and filling after a meal and the smoothie was thick, rich in color and fulfilling as well. Notes of a little tartness due to the camu camu and well blended overall! Reminded us of the old berry smoothie at Costco, a more nutrition filled version.I want to try the food items next time and there was a clear sign the owners put their passion behind the items they make are genuinely involved in creating a great experience for customers just from the interactions. A clear sign of no mask no service due to Covid19 and boundaries taken as no silverware or straws placed outside of the counter, they are given to you by the employee. Can't wait to try more!
