Nicely convenient place to get a quick sandwich especially during work lunches. My partner especially likes coming here. Service is pretty fast, as you would expect from a casual sandwich joint, and it's pretty on par with the quality of other Jersey Mike's locations. Their cheesesteak is enjoyable and comes at a fair price, tastes especially good with the Vickie's Jalapeño chips. It's fairly clean and (a little too) bright inside. It's definitely a place I'd come back to.

The smallest “sub” sandwich at this location. AND the bathrooms were horrendous. It has to make you wonder if they do such a poor job with keeping the bathrooms clean, how clean is it behind the counter?!? Definitely go to the one on Cornell.

We visited this store on 2/9/23. It took about 5 mins for us to be acknowledged by anyone and there were about 4 employees out front (just want to point out that this is not the first time this has happened at this location). When we were acknowledged finally the guy asked us what we wanted, didn’t write the order down and then asked us to repeat our orders after we told him (he had a pad of paper in front of him). The dining room was FILTHY. Not a single table was clean. I had to use napkins and hand sanitizer to wipe our table down. The food was OK. My wife’s sub was stale. My Philly cheese steak was good. The customer service is garbage and the lack of cleanliness is the biggest reasons why we will not return to this location. Hope they can fix these issues ASAP.

I'm going to agree with most of the reviews here that emphasize the bad customer service at this location. The employees don't greet you and are generally uninterested in you or what you might want. The food is acceptable but all in all, this is the worst Jersey Mike's location on the west side. The one on Cornell by Sunset High School is much better and the one that gets my business.

This location is garbage. Go to the one north of here on Cornell. It will almost certainly be fast to drive the extra way than wait here. I don't think this location has ever been on time with my online order. One or two people in line and I still wait 15minutes or more AFTER the scheduled pickup (which is already longer than the other location).This current visit is nearing 30 minutes after the pickup time and they told me it's "on the grill" but unless they are making the wrong sandwich that's not true.Something is critically wrong with this location's ordering queuing.After this experience I'm done with this spot. I'll never return unless I hear there's been a change in process, management, or ownership.

New location same service. Hopefully the area around this new location will flourish. Staff was nice and asked many questions about our order to make sure we got what we wanted.
It's too expensive. These sandwiches are not much different than a subway & my sandwich was fully veg- no cheese was added, no meat & for two sandwiches we were charged over $30- that's beyond silly. We won't be back.

The two younger girls working here were bad mouthing customers and it was incredibly unprofessional. They also dont have great customer service and have an attitude when asking for your food. Don’t recommend.

Came in for a door dash order and was one of the only people in there. I waited for almost 15 minutes for 1 and a half sandwiches and the girl working was obviously upset with something and taking her time on purpose to upset me while I stand there and patiently wait. It shouldn't take that long to make a sandwich. I don't want to be there as much as she doesn't either but taking it out on me is completely unfair. I don't remember her name but she was a taller young African American girl with I think a tattoo on her wrist. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary to treat someone whose also just trying to work and pay their bills. I get working in the industry sucks sometimes, but this was uncalled for.

It's always hit or miss. I've never actually written anything, which makes me in the wrong. I guess today I'm just tired of it. After I opened that sandwich up, I looked at my order, thinking somehow I made this mistake but I didn't. Wrong bread, maybe a slice or two of roast beef, if I hadn't paid for xtra cheese, there would be nothing because there was barely any lettuce or tomato as well. What garbage. Whoever put this together should be ashamed. I'm so done with paying for food from there, never knowing if it's all going to be there or if it's gonna be a sandwich with nothing in it or not. FINISHED!!!!If it was possible to have negative stars I would.
