Wow. First and last time ever ordering and begrudgingly eating at this chain ... awful all around. First off ... rude staff. Second the ordering process. Ordered a ham and cheese large .. never seen this before ... they cut the loaf in half then scooped out and threw out the bread .. ?! Doesn't say much about your product if you throw 40% of into the trash before serving it... then they have super limited toppings .. ordered ham and provolone lettuce cucumber heavy tomato and lite mayo. The server proceeded to put half a bottle of mayo on the bread ... thick like peanutbutter ... I clarified heavy TOMATO lite MAYO so they used the mayo spatchula to "scrape" off some of the mayo ... I said it was disgusted asked for them to restart with a new loaf and she did not. Just kept on adding ingredients... which were skimpy as was the super processed meat and cheese. Then I asked for the 16" sub to be cut into thirds and the cut it in half. Thie quality of the sub ... bread, meat, cheese, and the flavorless tomatoes and iceberg lettuce and thin slices cucumber drowned in mayo was worse than a safeway pre-made sub and very small too but with a huge price tag of $18.99.Terrible customers service ... low quality ingredients ... disgusting product ... and incredibly overpriced ... I would have been equally disappointed at 9.99.100% DO NOT RECOMMEND .When I got back to my kids sporting event and they saw it has to eat it .. they were less pleased than me and then skso said ... dad we told you to go to JERSEY MIKES ! "Every know that subway is gross and Jimmy John's is the grossest..." Well now i know. And now you know.

Keep it simple, steer clear of this location for delivery, especially a large (30+) group delivery (missing sandwiches, delays, excuses, etc.). Look elsewhere like Firehouse Subs who have always been 100% spot and never failed for large group orders.

It's like Subway, only the sandwiches are smaller in width but longer in length. Your only selections for bread type are wheat-square shaped or French sub-style. They have "little john" sandwiches, but you'll have to check online for the options for those since they aren't posted on their in-restaurant menu. They have a lot of meat and topping selections, but you have to tell them in advance what you want, not pick and choose as they're making it like at Subway. I like that Jimmy John's spreads the sauce on the bread instead of squeezing it out of a tube and not spreading it. There's outdoor seating here, and plenty of seating indoors too. The brownies are overpriced but delicious. I liked the style of faucet in the restrooms, but the drain was a bit clogged. I ordered in restaurant, and they food was ready quickly. I notice a lot of people on here complaining about ordering delivery and the food not arriving quickly despite living so close to the restaurant. How about just drive there yourself if you're so close?

I am currently waiting for my sandwich to be made but the person at the register was very rude and seemed annoyed that we where ordering sandwiches. He was even mean to my friend when she asked if she can PAY for more ranch. Horrible service.
I placed an online order for delivery 1 hr & 45 minutes ago and my order is still not here. I live 0.6 miles from this location and have ordered here many times before without issue. I called twice and spoke to two different people, but both did not seem concerned at all even though I live a 3 min drive from this location. Like, is your driver safe/okay!?? They basically said to keep waiting because the driver had 5 other deliveries but even that shouldn't take 75 minutes? They were not empathetic at all and even made me feel uncomfortable for calling about my sandwich that I ordered almost 2 hours ago. I am so bummed because I feel like I can never order from here again.
