Just dont go to this location. Half the time produce isnt fresh, whether its the jj workers fault or the produce company. Asside from that the kitchen looks DIRTY like hasnt been getting properly cleaned dirty.

I was recently very disappointed with my Jimmy John's order. The vegetables, particularly the cucumbers and lettuce, appeared way past their prime freshness. Additionally, neither sandwich was pre-cut, and unfortunately, I received the wrong sandwich entirely.

There was only one guy making sandwiches which he is a delivery driver. There was no managers around, but the guy was hustling to get the sandwiches out and he had lots of orders to fill.

do NOT order anything from these guys off of doordash. Their delivery service is so bad. Like 2 times in a row I’ve had to cancel my order because they either don’t have a delivery driver or a their driver goes a-wol. It’s really unfortunate because the process to get your money back from doordash is such a pain and these guys can’t really aid in the process. Anyways if you order through doordash go pick it up, don’t have it delivered

Usually have a great experience however tonight sucked. Ordered for delivery and never received anything. Not even a call or message stating it wouldn’t go out for delivery and getting a refund. Called the store prior to closing and no one answered my calls. Going to try again in the morning. Just want my money back. Wouldn’t recommend delivery through their app- it’s not reliable apparently.

This place is fantastic! I went with my daughter to lunch and she picked this place. I'm so coming again! We got a turkey sandwich (without onions, as my daughter's allergic) and it was amazing! I still think onions would have been better, but I couldn't put any on. The service was high-speed too, so if you require a last-minute sandwich for a picnic or something, this is the place!

Did an online order this evening which was confirmed 40 minutes before closing. Upon arrival the door is locked and 3 gentleman are standing in there just ignoring, won't come to the door and are just signaling cut off. I try calling the number and it's unavailable... now I've got a charge of $25 on my card, no sandwiches and im irritated. Take the sign down that says be nice, your customer service sucks, everything says you're open and you just stare at people while they try to come in? WTF, I know these are franchises and I will never be coming to this one again. And I'll be sure to share this experience with everyone. Thanks for nothing!
