We were in a party of four and were seated right away for dinner! Waitress was very polite and helpful explaining the different dishes on the menu. Three in our party really loved the food but it just wasn't my cup of tea. I had three different types of meat (beef, chicken and lamb) and the lamb was okay but I didn't care for the other two. The rice was very good. I wouldn't go back but the rest of my party will be returning.

I was waiting at the urgent care next door. And came here to get three fountain drinks. While I was here I grabbed a shawarma, fries, and a dessert thing. The drinks were completely flat. So I came in and they replaced them with cans. (Didn’t they notice there was no fizz when they were pouring thme??) Then I open the shawarma. And it was so bad. The lettuce is brown. The pita was flavorless and dry as a bone. It was barely warm. The fries were super soggy. It was just a huge fail. And for $40 I expect more. Also, another review said that their soup was served to them with the servers thumb in the bowl. And that was my experience with the sodas. She had her fingers in the cups. Which I find kinda gross. Only giving the second star because the lady was nice.

Wow, the food here is simply amazing. I had the gluten-free pita bread option, and it was perfect. I am looking forward to my next meal here for sure.
Abdo was helpful and supportive when I placed a catering order for a surprise birthday dinner for my wife. He made sure that I had enough of everything that was needed and the food was amazing. He was pleasant to do business with and he had everything ready for me to pick up on time. I will definitely recommend Karam to my friends and return to the restaurant for lunch and dinner when possible.Vegetarian options: My wife and daughter are both vegetarian and Karam has a lot more to offer than most other restaurants offer to vegetarians.

Finally, after trying so many middle eastern restaurants I found my favorite. I had a meat mezza, side falafels and a walnut baklava. Everything was super delicious and fresh. I recommend this place to everyone. Very helpful, knowledgeable and generous staff.
This is one of our favorite go to places. Food is great and amazing customer service. Their bakery options are stunning.

Amazing food, super authentic. Lovely people always kind and wanting to help. Food is always fresh bread is straight out of the oven.Food is always super consistent here.
I bought falafel. It's not the worst, but it's not good either. Here are my comments:- Please use Arabic bread instead of Mexican.- The falafel is not fresh and it's too greasy, lacking crispness.- Please use red pickles.- There is no balance with the vegetables, and it's missing tomato.- $11 for falafel is very expensive. Please reduce the price to no more than $8. Considering the overall cost for falafel is cheap. $8 would be fair. There is nothing Lebanese with that sandwich. The customer service deserves 5 stars. They were friendly!
