I drove by this place for years without realizing what I was missing out on. It's not really attention-grabbing from the street but this unassuming little store is a wonderland of delicious and freshly-baked pastries, donuts, and pan dulces. The selection is large and everything is delicious. The flavors are addicting and I love that they're not super sweet, as so many things tend to be. I also love that they're open fairly late so I can grab something on the way home from work or after a massage from D'Vida, which is right around the corner, or just whenever I'm getting a craving after dinner. It's not a fancy place but it has all the most important things (quality, freshness, variety, affordability, and friendly staff). I just love this place.

always clean. conchas are delicious when freshly baked. different styles, textures and flavors bread. small grocery section with must haves. fast and friendly checkout. tried other panaderías and this one is my favorite. lived in different parts of town and as far as sandy, i would make the trip to treat myself on occasion. ??Parking: entrance on tv hwy. tried finding a way through the back once and it's a neighborhood back there :)Kid-friendliness: seen kids there plenty times. typically well-mannered. babies in carriers/strollers. usually brief interactions anyway. staff is welcoming regardless.Wheelchair accessibility: surface is mostly flat except for a very slight ramp on the inside of the entrance door. room enough to maneuver during slow traffic hours. standard door with no automatic opening. might be difficult to browse the micro grocery section but most options are within view.

This place is great. They have a point of sale system and take credit cards. I've been here prior to this and handed them a wad of cash and they gave me change. Now you'll see the price of each item on the screen and the total.Process to get bakery items is to grab a clean metal tray and tongs, grab items you want, then check out.Parking: Front of building, about 20 spots

I placed an order for a cake for my daughter and wow I was surprised, it was so pretty and the best part was so delicious and the girls who served me were so attentive and understood very well what I wanted. I give them a 10/10
I had a cockroach come out of a concha and the owner refused to acknowledge that it came from his bakery and to get lost. Normally their pastries are perfect but this ruined it for me.

Ordered a 3 tier cake from the bakery. I went to pick up and they gave me a 2 tier cake. I let them know that wasn’t what I had ordered and the lady told me that “WE had to adapt to it” and that it was “meant to feed 100 people”. I let the lady know that wasn’t what we had agreed on, it did not look like the picture and was not what I had paid for. The lady was very rude and confrontational.
