I eat at random McMenamins all the time. I pretty much always order the same thing every time so I know what it should taste like. Food was pretty bad. Tots were gross. My Ruby was flat. The only thing that was great was the service.Update. 5/10/24. Tried to give them a second chance a couple weeks ago. Spent another $100 bucks on a terrible meal. I have a McMenamins passport and frequent all their locations. I refuse to come to this location again despite the atmosphere. The service and food here are the worst I've experienced at any location I've visited. What a waste of an evening out and my hard earned money. Very disappointed.

We had the worst time tonight. It took me 20 minutes just to get my drink served and there was so much ice in it that or was 4 sips til it was done. That was $11. The food came out with the fries limp & cold. The excuse at first was "we're training someone at the bar" then it became "we're short staffed so we are closing early" but the service from one specific person was so bad & delayed - if things were that dire they should not have been opened at all. We have never had a bad experience here but tonight was very different. It started with the long wait to get seated & when we got deated it was at a dirty table, then the drink, then the wait for the food. I understand that food service is quite challenging but next time McMenamins if you can't be bothered to hire enough staff to cover when others are out then just stay closed for the day.

"Recently had the pleasure of visiting a McMenamins for the first time, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. The highlight of my visit was definitely trying the Terminator Stout - a beer that managed to be both intensely flavorful and incredibly smooth, a testament to McMenamins' mastery of craft brewing. The atmosphere of the place added so much to the overall experience; it was uniquely charming, warm, and inviting, making me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service with a smile and making sure every aspect of my visit was perfect. Although it was my first time there, the quality of both the drink and the service ensured it would not be my last. McMenamins truly stands out as a stellar establishment, deserving of nothing less than a five-star review. Looking forward to my next visit and the new flavors I'll discover!"

I'm visiting family from Arizona. I found your establishment to be comfortable, the wait staff attentive and knowledgeable. I tried the truffle mac and cheese. It was good. I do not know how much was spent as my daughter in law paid the check before anyone else saw it.

Classic bar fair. Cajun tots are legendary. Fish and chips were above average. Beer is consistent. Nice outdoor patio though that makes this a great spot on a sunny day!

I was in for lunch today and ordered the Diablo chicken sandwich for $21. Our server asked if I wanted any sides with that, so I ordered the salad thinking it came with the meal. Nope! The lovely establishment charged me $2.00 but if I had ordered fries, it would have been free. What? I should have been told by the server. An awesome way for the McMenniman's chain of restaurants to make more cash! Won't be back. The food was average at best. Oh and the salad wasn't that great either!

I've tried ordering through DoorDash multiple times. Every time, I see a Dasher arrive, wait for order for 15+ minutes, then watch the next Dasher wait for 10+ minutes before my order is canceled. This time, I tried to call the listed number and got a dial tone.I like the food, and there's nothing wrong with not doing delivery services - if you're not on them. And for the love of God, not having a functioning phone line is just absurd.And, of course, because it never actually delivers I can't review through DoorDash.
