The 3 star review is due to the simple fact that when you check out, there is an option for tipping EVEN THO it's SELF SERVE. Felt super awkward!But the food is delicious tho.Parking: Some of the parking near Menchies is limited by time!

I've been here a few times, but I've never had an issue. It's clean with good choice of toppings. They switch up toppings now and again, so every time I go, I get something different if I want.

I went in at 11:45 am and this man kicked me and my son out and said they don't open until 12pm. So I waited and as I waited I watched him let 3 people in before 12 pm. and not say a thing. I'm now posting this at 12:02pm the same day SMH

Menchie's is a chain frozen yogurt place, so you can expect the same taste for all locations you go to. I gave the other location. I visited a 4, but I am deducting 1 point from this one because all three times I have visited, they have been out of stock of several flavors or toppings. It is still probably the best place for Fro-yo in the immediate area.

I was in the mood for some frozen yogurt at around 8:30 PM so then I went to drive there got there about 8:50 and they said they were closed but the sign on the door so they close at 9 PM

Went in, ordered with my group, and needed to use the restroom. Went in to find the toilet full of more than water and tried to flush it. No dice. That thing was nasty. I’ve been in portapotties that were much better - recently, at major events!So I grabbed my group and we left.The sign in the bathroom says if there is any issue to talk to a manager. From the state of that bathroom I am guessing there is no manager on site, being a holiday and all. The people working there were in their own conversation when we walked in; no greeting, and simply curt service when we got to payment.In fact, when I got home I decided to throw my dessert away - the bathroom is so bad, I wonder if they’re using the same standard with the rest of their sanitation? What are things like in the kitchen/prep areas?This was my first experience with a Menchie’s since before COVID - and while a different location, I’ve had two experiences with this company now, years apart with nothing good in between, that hostile service and filth must be the company’s standards.I can’t stand giving one-star reviews. But here we are.For the sake of the customers who will visit again, please clean up.
We have been fans of Menchies for years. We went frequently when our kids were much younger and have not been in awhile. Since the weather was on the 90's my husband and I felt like having a cool treat. Love the concept - choose your own froyo and customize with toppings and sauces. It seemed more expensive than I remember. I think the key is to practice restraint because those heavy toppings can add up. Lots of interior and exterior seating, pleasant staff and no wait.

Perfect to have on a hot sunny day. A variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings to choose from. Nice location and plenty of parking space plus being able to seat outside and enjoy the nice weather is a plus.

10/10 experience. My coworkers threw me a baby shower. And I am surprised with the whole experience!! The staff did amazing. From decorations to games and prizes, and a magician!? Thank you all so much!!! I'm definitely telling everyone to choose Menchie's in progress ridge. Thank you so much
