It's been a while since I've had Boba Tea. So being able to customize it and being able to chat with my friend in a smaller setting was very enjoyable. I think the building could hold up to 12 people max for seating and that's what I enjoyed. Already trying to plan for another outing to try out more of their drinks!

So good bubble tea!! Really enjoyed the flavors and the options. Small seating area and smaller parking area (street parking). By good food, though, like Hapa Pizza! I got the taro & ube drink which was delicious!!

The workers are incompetent and keeps getting the order wrong. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge deal, but this is the THIRD time that they have forgotten to add in extras that is on the receipt, such as matcha foam. Furthermore, I asked for extra boba but only received little, even less than what is considered the normal amount. I feel cheated of my money.

I got the mango melon tea with strawberry popping boba and rainbow jellies. The tea had almost no flavor and I hated the popping boba. It was my first time trying it and it was bitter! You also have to order at a tablet, which is weird. I do like the price and that you can pick any toppings for the price. They don’t have a parking lot, and there are a lot of businesses in the area, so we had to street park a few streets away.

First timer and worker gave me great recommendations. I got a RipCity with oatmilk + cookies n cream ice cream with it. It was AMAZING. Definitely recommend!!

Very delicious. I recommend the Almost Affogato with Chocolate Syrup added. Also, if you get the glass jar you can reuse it for future visits with a 10% discount. I will definitely go again.

So I've tried 4 different drinks hoping to like something but it's a no go for me. The piglet is the best I've tried... Beaverton tea made my throat and mouth itch and swell.(I have a cantalope/honeydew melon allergy and I'm pretty sure they use one of these 2 in this drink, not just watermelon as listed. Idk something in this made me have an allergic reaction and those and avocado are the only 3 things I'm allergic to). The Honey Bear drink had a very floral taste I didn't care for. The coffee with ice cream scoop one was pretty good, though.. Just not my vibe overall.

Still one of my top spots even in the cold these beverages are soooo yummy!!! Slowly becoming my go to boba spot.

I got the "I'm a Lil Chai" and substituted the lactose-free milk for oat milk. 50% sweet was perfect for me but I imagine it's probably tastier at full sweetness because the chai spices are in their in-house syrup. The shop itself has a lot of character. I'll be coming back again to try the rest of their fun menu.

Wow! The sipndip drinks come with a scoop of ice cream on top and are incredible. I love that they come in glass jars that can be taken home. And if you've had enough sugar, you can close the lid & take it home easily. Incredible.

Cute place thought I would give this place a try. Walked in and notice there wasn't anyone in the store. Saw the girl sitting down in the back. Hollered at her not once, not twice but *four* times. Should've left when I didn't get her attention. Already a bad start.Ordered the best friend jasmine milk tea. First sip was not good. Very subtle tea flavor but VERY watered down, not even milky creamy taste at all. Not even sure they even put any milk in the drink. More like just tea minus milk. Not worth the visit. Sadly disappointed on the high reviews as we made a stop just for the satisfy our milk tea cravings.
