We come here every year for a birthday and every year the service is slower and slower and the food takes longer and longer to come out. We sat here in a nearly empty restaurant for over an hour before any food came out. We couldn't ask for napkins or water because nobody ever checked on us, we had to go get them and the water ourselves. And for the kids- they are allowed *one* crayon that they have to return to the front desk. Can they pay us for the service WE provided ourselves??I feel for our server, he was doing what he could. But there were like zero other staff?

I really enjoyed this place under the old management. I think it's ridiculous that after covid they close very early, and if you show up 20 mins before close. They turn you away. What happened to good customer service?

Maybe if we had dined in, we'd have a different experience. Maybe?I ordered two medium pies that looked like small personal pizzas. The cheese wasn't even melted. The wings were hard to eat and rubbery. The house made blue cheese was watery and lacked flavor.I'm just all around disappointed, especially for the price of the food ?

I walked in today waited a few minutes for somebody to come in the the front and when they finally did they asked me how many I told them 7 she looks at me said owhh with like a yikes on her face and said I’ll have to go talk to my servers there’s already big party….Im a server myself and our staff and manager would never approach a situation like that…I wish my boss got to let me choose if I could take a big party or not… next time maybe use the terms I’m sorry there’s going to be a little wait we have a couple big parties…If you want to celebrate a birthday and may be a bigger groups sounds like this isn’t the place

Food was good. But services was terribly slow. I get she was the only one working, but her and the bartender were both cleaning while we had been waiting for our drinks for 20min.We were obviously forgotten about. If we ordered anything it took forever for us to get. Also the mixed drinks were disgusting and watered down. Left and went over to hops n drops and got served right away. And drinks were great!
Had lunch here. Good pizza and Ceasar salad. Pizza was a little slow to me. Could be a fun place at night.

The atmosphere is good but the food is terrible. Nothing was good. Our burgers were unbearably dry but undercooked. My 6 year old couldn't eat his cheese pizza. He sad it was worse than his school pizza. Our waitress was trying her best, but they were so understaffed. We barely saw her, and she was dealing with grumpy customers after grumpy customers. The manager removed both burgers from our ticket and offered a free appetizer coupon, but she had a bit of an attitude toward her own employees. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this place unless you just want a beer and watch sports. Also, there's nothing wrong with that.

If I could give it a zero I would. Went there for lunch. Server would not allow us to order food when she asked for drink orders even though we were all ready. Proceeded to take 30 minutes to come back for our food order. Then got my food order completely wrong. Took 30 minutes for us to get our cards back, even though we said we did need to leave. Saw multiple servers just talking while we waited.
