Not sure how to set the star rating here. Two seems unfairly low. We have been so happy with these guys. Pizza always good, ready when promised, good value and there app was a breeze to use.Went to order on app and it showed them as closed. After calling them, I figured out they dropped the curbside pickup so when I selected it in the app it filtered them out.Parking is a bear here so I’ve gotten used to double parking, and out comes the pizza and I am off. Disappointed. Other than this, they’re great!If this changes we’ll be back, but it’s not much farther to a spot with better parking or curb.

Went in with my order figured out on the app. Placed the order, then realized they charged me more, $5.00, then the app price. I asked for a refund but they argued I must have a discount applied or did it with a different store. I showed them this was not the case and they finally refunded the $5.00However once home and we cooked the food, the 3 items were a pizza and two calzones. One of the calzones made my daughter violently I'll after only 3 bites. She reported a exceptionally strong sour taste like a disinfectant. She spent an hour in the bathroom throwing up, we almost called an ambulance. I immediately contacted the store and spoke to the maker, who was also the cashier who was not happy doing a refund, and the "owner". The owner was very defensive and accused my kids, both adults, of "Coming in there all the time and causing trouble." In over 5 years we had been to that location maybe 3 times so obviously he was making an excuse to ignore my complaint. He refused any suggestions his employee had obviously tainted the last items made.I contacted local and state health officials and reported the incident. Investigation is underway.

This is a solid location for Papa Murphy's! I received a $15 off coupon, and I ordered a Cowboy pizza sans mushrooms and Italian sausage, plus Pineapple. It was good, as expected! Not fantastic, but a very solid pizza. The service team was efficient and kind, and the store was clean. Good work PM team!
The last few times I’ve tried to go in they are closed even though it says they are open until 9.. it’s decent pizza when I can actually get one made but if doors are going to be locked and employees are turning away business maybe they should change their hours..

Not so bad idea to feed your pizza cravings in a pinch....Especially on Tuesday!!! Only $12.99 large make sure to get the Cowboy thin crust and recommend skipping the wait, call ahead and easy cooking instructions make this easier faster and better then delivery!!!

EDITED: After closing early, the owners got in touch with us. They let us know that they communicated with their staff about closing and made the situation right. Grateful for business ownership that not only takes responsibility but also does the right thing.OLD: Heads up, they don’t serve pizza 10 minutes to close.We came 10 minutes prior to close and they had everything put away. Last time I checked, open means open and we should still be able to order. I have yet to visit somewhere that serves food, that won’t serve food when the open sign is on within the hours of operation. This is disgraceful.

The place is horrible. Awful. Service from start to finish was not good… met with a guilt trip, rolled eyes, and heavy sighs. Don’t spend your money there.
