From the restaurant's web page:"Due to a fire in our kitchen, Pastini at Cedar Hills is currently closed for major repairs. While there is still a lot of work to be done, the roof repair and removal of major equipment is underway. Next will be water damage repair, new floors, paint and kitchen equipment installation.Currently we are projecting a reopening date in spring 2024."

Food was decent at best. Take out portion was small for what I felt I paid for. Maybe if you dine in it's a better experience.

Our server was really nice and attentive. The food was just ok. It wasn’t anything spectacular. Would love to give it another try in the future though.

Those used to be one of my favorite eating places, but I can no longer enjoy a meal here with my family, due to my allergies, as the paprika- free dishes are now prepared with soybean oil. I am just astonished that Italian restaurants soybean oil rather than olive oil.

Food was good...I loved the shrimp pasta...fresh herbs and just light and bright....husband didn't really like the sausage pasta. Meatball Ap was really good...the red sauce is bomb. Sat outside which was nice but lots of traffic driving by. Server was very friendly but not really on point. Didn't get offered another drink and forgot our to-go order we placed when we sat down to eat so had to wait a while once we were finished...and still didn't get offered another drink lol overall had a nice time though and I'd go again.

Both times I’ve been here, the host/ess made me feel more welcomed than anyone. Poor service, rigid management. I spent $29 on gluten free spaghetti alfredo with added shrimp and broccoli. It was delicious. I received about 5 bites of spaghetti. Now I have to finish my work shift still hungry. The manager explained how they portion things but had no interest in really listening to what I was saying. I eat more than you think I should. Loud and clear. I’m an average size person and shouldn’t have to order two meals. I’ll eat elsewhere.

Tried this place for lunch on a whim. Wasn’t sure what to expect and was surprised with the great service and super large lunch portions.I ordered the sausage & broccolini with ziti, and caesar salad, off their $13 lunch menu. It had great flavor, the pasta wasn’t over cooked and the broccolini still had a nice bite to it as well. I cook this dish often from home and was glad it measured up.I will definitely go back again for lunch and recommend this place.

Being that I am an Uber driver, I completely understand that when business are busy, emotions can be high. What I experienced was completely distasteful and arrogant! From the beginning I did enter in the wrong side of the building. Not knowing that there is an entire way just for Uber and Postmates drivers. Mind you it was raining out side so I asked if I could just continue to walk to the pickup section instead ,of walking back I had to walk in the rain outside In the rain.I can understand how this issue sounds minor but when the manger of the restaurant arrogantly states, that I’d need to go back out side to the other entrance. I did as she asked. As I’m waiting behind another Uber driver the manger she help him and then completely ignores me. Once, I get her attention I tell her the name of the order. She ends up telling another server to check up on my order. This server takes on looking for my order. The manger come back 1 min later rudely, asked me for the name again and stats that it’s to busy for her to remember that name.Making it seem as if it’s my fault. I decided to try and ask her where is the superior attitude coming from? She decides to stand 6 inches away from my face , “in a condescending manor,” telling me that I need to be more understanding of her time.Mind you she was cutting me off, making me feel extremely uncomfortable! As if, I did not belong in this place of business! I am a Uber driver that’s how I make part of my income for medical school. To be treated as if I were insubordinate coworker of hers is completely unacceptable.I was mortified. I felt humiliated because, of how she was speaking me. She cornered me and spoke down to me . Due, to questioning her statement. I am decided, I will be calling uber regarding this restaurant. It doesn’t matter how busy your place of business is, I should not have been treated this way and completely disrespected. She should be ashamed of herself. Treating customers in this manner.Especially, being in a management position and representing the owner and the Restaurant. If she cannot handle and high volume Restaurant, she should consider a different type of employment!

I went here today with my two kids. I don't know how we have lived here and not known about this gem. My kids shared a plain noodles with butter and a salad. They were happy and fulfilled. I got the brown butter and sage butternut squash-gorgonzola ravioli and it was out of this world. My daughter and I got the strawberry lemonade and my son had apple juice. The food came out hot and fresh and our waitress was super sweet, as was the hostess. 10/10 recommend!

Disappointed - We've eaten at Pastini's many times and always enjoyed our meals. This time however, things have changed - Prices are up, smaller portions, and bread is now extra charge side dish. I'm not sure it's worth coming to Pastini's in the future. The wait staff was very good as was the food.

Love their food. Hardest part is deciding what to order.

The young man at the entrance was very nice, wish I would have gotten his name. It is a little pricey. I got the five cheese lasagna the sauce is delicious but the noodles were very mushy. Dh got the ravioli with tomato butter sauce he said it was ok and sauteed vegetables on the side no seasoning was added to them at all.

I have been here many times to where I always select the butternut squash-gorgonzola ravioli. It is hands down my favorite dish. I even once shifted away to try another dish and regretted it so every time I visit pastini I always order the butternut. Don't let the quantity or small sizing of it fool you as it is filling! As much as I appreciate the variety and options for dishes, I like to stick to my favorite.
