The food was barely ok, The $2.50 for a 16oz of soda and $5 for two egg rolls was a scam.

Man I love the food here and the people are so great. I used to get the lunch special here when it was $7 but now it's $10 and not really a special. For the price, I expect more meat than a corner portion and like 66% rice. It's $11 for double entree and rice at Panda Express and many other teriyaki places. Not very good value for a lunch. It should be $7-8 with how little meat you get. Again great food and will up my stars next time if portions are more reasonable

Rice Time has become a regular lunch spot for me while at work. Every item I've tried has been delicious, and the Pork Fried Rice is one of my main items to get again and again. The ability to combine 2 entree items you like into a combo item is great too. This little hidden spot is a great place to grab a quick lunch and head out.Side note, any items labeled Spicy are definitely spicy.Parking: Lots of parking spots within a business plaza lot. I've never seen the lot anywhere close to half full.

Must try bong bong chicken! All other dishes are great and reasonably priced. Only negative is they reuse the red plastic disposal water glasses.

My fried rice had almost no flavor & the chicken was dry. I think they had used plain white rice with some vegetables & chicken thrown in. Plus they charge $1.50 extra for egg in it. Any other place that serves fried rice has never charged me for egg...The egg rolls were amazing but the gyozas also had no flavor, I think they were frozen/store-bought. Cheap frozen ones.Side salad was just lettuce with a cup of ranch dressing on the side. The walls were splattered with sauce or something, everything we touched had a sticky residue. Our feet stuck to the floor when we walked. Ranch bottles were left out to grab & warm to the touch. It was almost 6pm & empty, I think there was time for them to clean. The only saving grace: the service was pretty great & our food came out fast. Plus, my husband really enjoyed his General Tso chicken & white rice.I do feel bad leaving a poor review, but I trusted the positive reviews & gave this place a shot & don't want others to come in expecting anything extraordinary. If you are low on time & don't want to make dinner at home, sure, it's fine... But otherwise, you will be disappointed.

Very much a hole in the wall local spot. They have your typical teriyaki menu, teri chicken with veggies is my go to. They are quick and food always comes out fresh. Good place to stop for teriyaki if you are in the area.

Idk whats japanese or korean about this place, i thought this place was an Oriental Grill walk in and i thought i was back in texas with the horrible non asian wall mural, tf is with the country life mural that alone makes me not wanna eat here as i didnt another place i walked out of, food on the menu looked horrible...

Surprised by all the good reviews. My chicken was dry despite all the oil. Not pleased with what I got for $20. Was starving so I ate it all, otherwise it would of gone back.**UPDATE**Just spent the last half hour fighting a bout of food poisoning. This oily substance woke me up from a dead sleep at 5am with extreme reflux that lead to expelling from both ends. Eat at your own risk!

Food wasn't as fresh as I hoped it would be. And for the price-it's just not a great deal. It's fine in you are in a hurry and want something hot. But don't expect much.

Food was OK at best, there are better places, just not nearby. 9$ for the lunch special and the portion was lacking. Standard 3 section clamshell but the smallest section for the chicken? Salad made with cabbage was off putting... Plenty of rice LOL. Won't be coming back. Tokyo grill over on Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy has this place beat by a LOT.
