I ordered the milk tea, as it was their most popular drink. Being a big fan of milk tea, it didn’t really meet my expectations. It had a different flavor to the usual taste. It was a bit blend. Otherwise service was okay. It wasn’t busy at all. There we no people.

I thought I finally found a healthy real bobba only to discover that even though I say 0% sugar in the blended drink they ADD half and half AND CONDENSED MILK! :(I asked the lady to leave it out and she said there's no recipe without it.. guess I won't be going back.. too bad.

This place is super cute and the boba drinks are delicious. The prices are pretty on par with other boba places I’ve been to in the past. I have not tried any blended drinks yet, but the hot and cold milk teas are great. I usually order with 50% sweetness and ice and I think it’s perfect.

TLDR: Yummy drink, soft and chewy honey boba, perfect afternoon treat!This was my first time visiting Royaltea and it did not disappoint! I got the iced cafe latte drink with almond milk and 50% sweet and less ice. Easy ordering, friendly and fast service, and quality drink. The drink came out so pretty and the coffee tasted fragrant and strong, and the perfect amount of sweetness for me. The honey boba (+$1 add on) was chewy in the best way and they also had other topping options as well. Price of drinks ranged from $5-$7 base which is in par with other boba shops.The green couch and cactus mural is super cute and great for pictures. The only thing that was distracting was the loud music and not entirely their fault but the parking lot is right behind the Fred Meyer gas station one way in and a different way out and it's not the most intuitive flow. But if you have a boba craving I do recommend checking them out!

Between the milk tea and fruit tea, the fruit tea is the better. Their oolong tea does not have a good strong flavor, if you like a milk tea that tastes more milk than the actual tea, you would like this. The toppings are average. The establishment itself is very aesthetically pleasing. Great place if you want to take pictures.

Best milk tea i’ve ever had in my life. I ordered the brown sugar (no boba) and it was wonderful. Not too sweet, not too bland. It’s just right and makes me want to come back for more. Would definitely recommend!

A good variety of 'modern' milk tea. They have your milk tea, cheese topped tea, and shakes. The cheese cream topped they used was flavorful and it wasn't too sweet(a good thing for me)
