Pretty good place to grab lunch, you can get a slice of pizza and breadsticks for cheap here, and it still tastes good. They have more complex flavors to choose from as well if you want to spend more money and buy a larger pizza. As for the simple flavors, boyfriend and I would consider this place to be a higher quality version of Little Caesar's. It's satisfying and filling without breaking your bank. The interior is rather small, but they do have a decent amount of seating. The music can get interesting sometimes. Service has been friendly whenever I've stopped by. I'd definitely come back. Reliable restaurant.

Amanda the manager of this location has another thing coming thinking she can talk to me and respond to poor customer service when the issues are brought up the way she did. The amount of business this place is going to lose because of Amanda alone will be astonishing. Corporate will hopefully deal with the many problems at this store including Amanda.

Placed an online order which gave an estimated time of “about 25 minutes”. Brought a car of hungry kids after about 20 minutes to finish waiting. The lady calls on the phone and in the most cheerful, insincere, non-regretful voice lets me know that they have a catering order that they have to prioritize over mine, and that ours will still not be ready for another 45 minutes or so. She said “We can’t give a time estimate for online orders if you don’t call.After deciding we couldn’t wait that much longer with our hungry kids, I walked inside to cancel the order. I kindly told the lady “Just so you know, it actually does give a time estimate when you place an order online.” And she goes “I have no control over that.” And hands me the cancellation receipt and walks away.What terrible service. Come on.

She knew me.A very long story made short, Alex personally moved me to upgrade them again.I don't think she treated me any differently than other guests. I think she's inately a very personable professional.We talked mater of factly about my reviews... I told her that most likely I would change it later today.I just did and may adjust it a little more.They have a new curtain in the dining room. It looked like a vending machine of some sort was behind it. I don't like such items for reasons and will not impose my aethos upon others.Bottom line, I've always loved their pizzas, for over a decade was always greeted by name not only by the owners but the staff too.It saddened me to give low reviews.After consideration, I'm uping them to 5 stars. In my view, the foods great, now I can say that the staff is too. By definition the service is too. When asked why, I was told that it's a corporate decision.Ok. I grant that most corporations think they can get away with anything and normally do.This situation is a little different in my view because there's no expiration date stayed nor implied.I don't blame this local store nor it's employees.I do blame whoever signed off on the specific promotion. No doubt 'corporate'.I was given a $2.19 discount.The financial difference is not material. The ethical and perhaps legal ramifications are.So, as I promised the staff, I'm making this public.I don't know if corporate will find out about it or even care. Perhaps none of you do either.Bottom line, I've been coming to this store since they opened. The original owners gave me the coupon saying that they wanted more customers like me. They sold it about a year ago.I'm not sure if I'll ever return even though my long departed wife and I came often and loved it. Droopy conveyor belt pizza filled with grease. The slice oven would have fixed this a little more while reheating it, which was ignored. Disappointed. Try the religh hills or Hillsboro one instead. Way better. At least they added poker machines.
