Did work for Shari’s in Central Point, Oregon and Medford, Oregon. Back in May of 2023 and yet I still haven’t been paid by them they just ignore my emails and my phone calls. I am a small company trying to start my own thing and I haven’t got paid at all even though I put in all the money for all of the materials and fees and labor put in it. And I still haven’t been paid at all not even for the money I spent to get the place up and running for them. They are very good at ripping people off I already found other small businesses that did work for them too and they also got ripped off by not getting paid. I think businesses like this shouldn’t be around because all they do is take advantage of the small people. I don’t know if it’s a race thing or not but neither of the other small businesses that are also owned by Hispanic people haven got paid at all. I hope it’s not a race thing but that’s the feeling that I’m starting to get. I hope that they can reflect and pay everyone they owe money to.

Wth? Oregon City location. 10:30 am, 1 waitress, 13 tables, line of people wairing to be seated. Manager is sorting menu's. Waitress is doing her best. The manafer should be doing something besides standing around. Hire some people and pay a good wage you cheap morons. Last time i am coming here.

If I could leave no stars I would. I made the horrible mistake of eating Thanksgiving night at the Shoreline , Wa restaurant and the whole store is falling apart outdated and dingy.I waited for over and hour after the waitress took my order to find out that our food wasn't even ready they kept taking and filling online orders meanwhile the customerssat waiting . How is the food both dry and greasy? This place was a literally disaster and dumpster fire. Please shut down the store .

We were a party of 7. Shari's on Lancaster. The food was horrible. Our waitress, was trying to make us happy. She was also the bus person, dish washer. Only two people. Onions were burnt. The cook was not aware of what you put on sandwiches. Either close this one or clean It up!!!!!

The place on 185th is a rip off. The portions are meager for what you pay. The service well below par. Pay attention to what people are saying on yelp. I'll never go to that location again. They need to shut it down.

I ordered thru Uber and what I ordered is not available today but this was not specified on the menu and the app allowed me to order it. Shari's called me to ask me to cancel the order because my selection is not available and choosing something else was not an option as I had ordered the most expensive thing so I would lose money. I informed the restaurant that it is not possible for me to cancel it as I would be penalized and lose my money. Instead of cancelling the order since they were unable to fulfill it, they left the order and have allowed 4 Uber drivers to come (because the Uber app sends them) just to turn them away (and still counting)! I'm sure that's not good for the drivers and just plain rude and obnoxious!!!!!
Unanswered emails about their restaurants is disturbing. 25 years as customer to the store closest to my neighborhood. Love the servers, but Shari's is in need of help on the looks in stores. Clean windows would go a long way.

Servers are rude, hateful, don't want to wait on you. Food is low quality. They demand tips make their anger known if u don't tip no matter how terrible the service is. They cherry pick who is going to tip when u walk in and seat them but leave poorer looking people at the door as long as possible. They don't come to your table at all if u look poor. You have to wait on your self then act as hatful as possible when u click no tip. The prices are ok but the quantity of food on plate is snack size so if u are very hungry order two plates or just go somewhere else. Also ordered a pie to go and it was not a complete slice. It was incredibly tiny. Not sure who cut my pie but there is no way in hell that was a slice of our. I literally ate it in two bites. I've never seen a manager here but someone really needs to do some investigating cause they also gave me a chicken Nugget and told me it was the chicken fillet. No way in hell. If this place doesn't improve i really look for it to not be with us much longer

Don't order for delivery, I found out today that their pies are frozen. The one I got is still half way frozen.......idk why in the world I thought I was going to get a yummy warm Dutch apple pie from SHARIS *PIES*, instead I got a half frozen pie I could have gotten from the grocery store in the frozen section smh

Came here for breakfast on our way back to California after visiting family in Beaverton and the food here was just ok. Nothing special or memorable. The thing that really put me off on this place was the service. Our server took forever before she came to take our order, even helped tables that were seated after us. And after the food came out, she never checked on us again until we asked for the check. There were 2 servers that day and we noticed both constantly checking in on other tables the whole time we were there, but not us. Even asking for the check was a struggle. It seemed like she was avoiding our area or avoiding making eye contact with us. When we got our check, we waited even more because we thought she was going to come back to get our card, but she never did. We finally went up to pay and stood by the register for about 10 mins and she still helped seat a group before helping us finish paying. Most of our time there was just us waiting. I would be more understanding if they were busy, but there were only a few other tables in there that morning.

My wife and I have been going to our nearby Sheri’s for about 30 years. “Our” Sheri’s needs Corporate help. The lawn needs mowing, the windows need cleaning, the water for the grass needs to be turned on, and many of the seats need to be recovered. Every time I mention a task I get the answer: “That’s a Corporation decision”.Service is good, food is good, servers are friendly but the restaurant just needs some work.I see I can add photos, would it help if I took some to illustrate my point?Thanks.
