Slowest service of any starbucks ive ever been to. Routinely have to wait upwards of 30 minutes. Last time I waited so long I requestest a refund but the girl said she couldn't refund the 2 dollar tip I originally left on the single drink order she was was refunding. Frustrated I accepted the situation and left having tipped 2 dollars for a drink I waited 30 minutes for and never received. Never coming back to this location.

I placed a mobile order and was told on the app it would be ready for pickup and to ask for it when i arrived. I got to the store andwas told it was being worked on. My order time was moved back by 15 minutes. I watched others getting theid orders and my order was still not ready. I watched a guy place an order on his phone and got it within five minutes. After i waited for 30 minutes i finally asked for a refund. No one wanted to try and find the order. The guy calling out the orders was a bit surly the first time i asked. So disappointing

Barista gave away our drinks TWICE, never once apologized either time and then got in my friends face when she asked for a refund. Won’t ever come back, I’ve never been treated like this as a customer at any Starbucks I’ve been to and the worst part is I work in the same building so I’ll have to go much further now for good service.

Starbucks is usually Starbucks but this one guarantees you order ahead and don't have to deal with a single person. I never am acknowledged picking up my drinks so I guess that says a lot about the staff. The drinks. Well, they're the same everywhere. At least there's consistency!!! And early morning through 8 ish it's super busy and loud. Then quiet until the late morning

Their hours said 2pm for closing. Unable to order online, so went to store at 1:55pm. I was told they were no longer taking orders. That they were closed. Again, this was 1:55pm. They were to close at 2pm. Four employees were standing around while other customers also came in wanting to order before the 2pm closure. Will not return to this location. Was extremely disappointed in their customer service. If you close at 2pm, then it would make sense that you stop taking orders at 2pm.

Overall Employee Organization and Attitudes were very poor. We waited 45 minutes for a 3 drink mobile order after I was told it would only be a 25 minute wait.This location is a joke and is probably why they have the lowest rating of the 4 locations in the South Beaverton corner. Will not be back or recommend.

Meh. Another Starbucks that wants to pretend to be a neighborhood coffee house, while making it difficult to order by only opening one register while there are 6 people behind the counter. Translation: please order on the app or drive through and quickly get out of the way of the next

I arrived at 10:00 am and ordered a decaf pourover. At 10:22, I asked about my order and the Barista who took my order said that she would get that started. I will Veteran be back. Lousy service and lousy attitude.

I've been a regular here for around a year now and the staff are AMAZING. Mercedes and Ollie in particular are definitely standouts. They know my very specific order by heart and it always tastes great. I feel so welcome every time I step foot in the store and it genuinely makes my entire week whenever I stop by. 5 stars and more!! :D
